Great draft beer selection—we tried two different ones and both were excellent. The food was also a pleasant surprise. They’ve got the usual pub classics like wings and burgers, but also a solid selection of Mexican dishes.
I went for the green chili, which was delicious but seriously spicy. I had to pause between bites just to let the heat settle. The spicy chicken enchiladas were really tasty too—still spicy, but much more manageable and enjoyable compared to the chili.
Service was great as well. Our server was very attentive and had a lovely, welcoming smile. Overall, a really enjoyable spot for good food, good beer, and friendly service.
We’ve noticed a great happy hour deal from 2pm to 5pm on drinks and food. Would love to come back for that!

My husband and I enjoyed Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch here. The food portions are big. We enjoyed a salad, pork green chile stew, seasonal Mexican dark beer, breakfast burrito and classic breakfast platter. We will be back.

Atmosphere was great. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Ladies restroom needed toilet paper, let a staff member know. And we weren’t aware that breakfast was still available at the time we had been seated. We wished we had been informed. But the meals we had eaten were delicious. So we plan on going back for breakfast.

Food is great. Pork rings are a great appetizer and you must order a beer sampler to try their multiple crafted beers. Hamburgers and salads are great, everything offered is a great choice. I would give 6 stars.

We had the best time at Copper Brothel. Great patio, live music, lots of beer options, and such a friendly, laid-back vibe. The staff was awesome and the whole place just makes it easy to stay for hours. Highly recommend! This spot is a must-see.

Tried the 3 IPAs they had, all of them were pretty good. Very nice looking place. Great date nite atmosphere. We thought the food was a bit pricey. Most things around that area are. I would go back to try the other beers.

The staff greeted us promptly upon entry, but the initial impression declined quickly. We were seated at a table that was still wet, leaving the menus damp and sticky — an early indicator of inattentive service standards. The menu offered limited food options. I ordered a burger, fries, and a margarita that was notably undersized for its price. The waitress, while not rude, displayed little warmth or engagement. For a locally owned establishment, the lack of hospitality was disappointing. Restroom facilities were cramped. Service overall was disorganized; our waitress rarely checked in and was difficult to locate when it came time to pay. It appeared she was the only one authorized to close out checks, while the rest of the staff seemed disengaged and inexperienced.
The food itself was average at best — edible but unremarkable. Combined with inattentive service and weak management oversight, the experience fell short of expectations.
Conclusion:
Mediocre food, poor service execution, and lack of hospitality training make this a one-time visit. There are far better options elsewhere with better prices.

Stopped in this place on a recommendation. It didn’t disappoint! As an identity as a brewery, I expected the beers to be decent regardless. They’re actually quite a bit better from the source. I ordered a beer flight to sample a little bit of everything and all were fantastic.
Like I said though, I kinda expected the beers to be on point, what really pushed this to 5 stars was the food!!! A lot of the really good breweries I’ve been to out here in AZ have had excellent beer, but little to nothing as eating options on site.
The food here is excellent!!!! My wife and I had some nachos and we split their Cuban sandwich with fries. The nachos were my only gripe about the whole experience. It really was just a single serve portion. Great ingredients just small. The Cuban however, made up for any gripes I had. Pulled pork, sliced ham, mustard, grilled roll 10/10

Stopped on to get a look and feel for the brewery. The staff was very friendly and very informative about their food and drinks. The brewery was busy but not crowded. We did have to take home a growler. It’s definitely a place to visit with friends and family. We will be back!

Interesting spot…. Not sure what they’re going for with an 18$ bowl of mac and cheese…. Made a huff when we ordered a gluten free item even though it’s all over the menu that they are accommodating. Didn’t ask how we wanted the burger cooked so it came out burnt to a crisp. Service at the bar was about the slowest I’ve ever had anywhere, and we were the only ones at the bar.
