We had an amazing experience at Copp Brewery & Winery. Stopped in for lunch while we were visiting the town of Crystal River. We were immediately greeted by Debbie-the bartender, server and great conversationalist. She is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. We ordered the beer cheese dip to start and a cheese pizza for lunch. The pizza is excellent-Chicago worthy. Had a flight of beer and all were great tasting. The bar has a family friendly area with games for the kids as well as an outside area for music on the weekends. I highly recommend this brewery, winery and restaurant!

Loved our visit! The outside seemed boring and you could easily drive by and never notice it. Glad we didn’t miss it! Staff was great and food was delicious! Best pretzel I’ve ever had in my 50 years on this planet and the onion cheese dip will stay in my dreams! We also loved the white pizza!!! Beer was good but we liked the wine better. Add this stop to your travels! I don’t think you’ll regret it!

Beer was awesome! The Porter, Stout and the Brown Ale! Appetizer we had was the Buffalo Chicken dip and that was really good ( needs a few more pitas though ) . Ordered a pizza to go and that did not disappoint. Service was spot on. Well worth a stop or even a trip here.

We had an amazing time at Copp Brewery. Ronnie took care of us from the moment we walked in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The outside is pretty unassuming, but trust the reviews. Fun indoor and outdoor spaces. Excellent beer and wine choices, with flights and tastings. Every single food item we tried was delicious- boiled peanuts, pretzels, beer cheese (Xtra yum!), wings, and the Cuban bowl. It’s hard to do this many things well. Go and enjoy the vibes for lunch, dinner, to cool off, or during a Florida afternoon thunderstorm. Thank me later.

Copp hit it out of the park! Down from Michigan with my wife (non-drinker) and her bestie (who drinks Bud light) to see the manatees. We’ve had a great time! Love the area. Told my wife the one thing that I wanted to do, was hit a brewery while we’re here. We had great pizza! I had three flights, loved most, didn’t have a bad beer in the bunch. Friend loved the Southern Grit! Wife drove us home; it was a great night!

We tried Copp Brewery and Winery for the first time recently and really enjoyed it. The beer was delicious as was the food. We were a large party, but the service was great.
We had kids in our party and they had a great time too.
I chose the smash cheeseburger and it was delicious.
The pizza received high praise from our party also.

My husband and I and our friends were on vacation in the area and decided to stop by, we’re really glad we did. If we lived closer we’d come all the time. It was a cool atmosphere, we liked sitting in the dark speakeasy room. The food was pretty good and at a really decent price. We really liked the beer cheese that came with a pretzel and also the pizzas. I personally enjoyed getting a wine flight because they had so many sweet flavors of wine which is really the only types of drink I like. They were all really good. My favorite was the orange chocolate dessert wine. Our bartender Ron was great too, he was very nice and let us taste some samples. They also have a outdoor little beer garden if you want to eat outside. They did not have live music when we were there, but I did see some information that they do have live music certain nights.

I’m gonna give it five stars because I can’t think of one thing “wrong”. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is great, the beer selection is amazing (try the Cedar Key ale).
We’ve had two pizzas, the Meatza and the Supreme, both were amazing. Super thin crust, delicious toppings, perfectly cooked. The wings are big, tender, and very good. Not a HUGE fan of the smokey flavor, but some Bleu cheese fixes that. We also had the caprese salad… So very good. Everything was perfect about it.
Prices are fair, $60 for two people and we had leftovers.

Their staff is always friendly however the food is still not on par. Burgers are average but need more flavor / volume on the beef. The July special of “ corn to be wild “ is not worth the price of $7.50 for “ two pieces” what they mean is two half’s of deep fried corn with butter. We purchased the blackened burger, pepperoni flatbread and the Caprese.

Some new friends introduced me to Copp Brewery and Winery today. I have passed by this place many times on my way home. Our little get together started at 5:00 and went till 8:00 when they closed. I really enjoyed the pale ale that I got when I came in. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. They have many rooms. In some you may be able to get a table by yourself if that’s what you want. The food looked very good. I had eaten before I got there so I was not hungry, but one person ordered a specialty hamburger and it made my mouth water even though I was full. Everyone was trying different beers. It truly is an interesting place. It’s kind of a hidden gem that you will definitely want to come back to if you try it once. I plan to come back and eat also next time. I would also like to try some of the different beers. They have such an unusual mix of beers I think everyone will find something they like. Happy hour Thursday is wonderful. $4 beers. How can you beat that? I would definitely recommend this brewery / restaurant.
