Buddy and I stopped in for a late lunch and early dinner. On tap for use were the broccoli bites, Red Beans and rice + crawfish etoffee. Whhhhheeeeeewww. It’s was a quite hit but everything was flavorful, hot and incredibly tasty. The biscuits were the best we had. The red beans can with chicken tenders that plump and juicy with a perfect batter. Hope to be back. Excellent and timely service as well.

This place RULES!! We landed at MSY and came here ASAP. Copeland’s has been around since 1983 and does not disappoint!
Ask for Lauryn to be your server. She is perfect. Amazing service!!! We loved the gumbo, biscuits and drinks. I asked Lauryn about the crawfish étouffée and she said it was “really, really, really, really good.” It absolutely earned all four “really’s”. Amazing!!! The shrimp and grits may have earned 5 of them. Holy cow!!

We had a party of about 18 guest and 3 of them were children, we were celebrating my mother in law’s 65th birthday. Our server Yasmin was OUTSTANDING! She was literally so kind, patient and we did not have to wait long for food. She ran like crazy to make sure we were well accommodated. Will definitely be back. Thank you Yasmin!

My friend and I ordered food to go. He ordered a burger that comes with the tomato on top if you order it at the restaurant. When we got home, there was a soggy tomato on top which made the top of the bun very soggy and inedible. I ordered a plain burger and asked for it to be medium. It came well done, and it was very burnt. I called and asked to speak to a manager, Bernard is her last name. She wanted us to drive 20 minutes back there to bring the food back so she could see it. I’d told her that I was not gonna be going back that way after we had a bad experience with the food. She told me that we could send her pictures and she would give a partial refund and contact us if she needed anything else. I sent The email immediately And followed up about a week later. She still has not issued any kind of partial refund or reached back out After she said that she would. I attached a picture of the burger that I got, which is very burnt on the side and it’s very easy to see. I have been here before, and the service was very slow inside. And the experience for buying to go food is not worth it in my opinion with all of the other options around. Needless to say, I will not be returning and neither will a few other people that I know because of the experience

Decided to splurge and have a filet mignon at Copeland’s and it was absolutely delicious and well worth it! Excellent cut of meat and cooked and seasoned to perfection! The baked potato was delicious as well. We had the marinaded crab claws as our appetizer which was outstanding and our dessert was bananas foster made by our server May, who was excellent! May provided great customer service and made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful dining experience. We definitely will be back and will ask for May to be our server.

My Granddaughter, my son and myself had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving’s Day at Copeland’s. The food was delicious. Our server Lauryn was amazing. She was very personable. We definitely enjoyed our conversation with her. Lauryn was very knowledgeable of the menu which was very helpful. We will definitely be visiting Copeland’s again!

Great restaurant,great food and excellent service. Our server Lamija was wonderful. She was attentive and professional and always greeted us with a smile. The food was great as always. This night we had the Steak Labouchere and that sauce they use on it reminds me of a Sunday family meal at my Grandparents. Absolutely delightful. If you’re in the Kenner area stop in and grab a bite.

We were traveling through New Orleans and stopped at Copelands in Kenner. We had a great time!
We both had catfish- blackened and fried. It was obvious that the fish was locally sourced. Very flavorful and seasoned perfectly! Sides and salad were delicious.
The service was EXCELLENT. Our server, Lauryn, was super sweet, efficient, and helpful with entree selections. We’ll definitely be coming back.
