So it’s been over 12 years since I’ve been to a Copeland’s and my coworker wanted to eat there for lunch. Customer service was cool. The food was not. I cook my own meals as well as eat out A LOT, and don’t mind spending money but this was not it. The noodles were hard, not boiled completely..the sauce didn’t have a taste, and it was watery. Stay away from order takeout we’ve given them several chances to redeem themselves but takeout is terrible. No curbside pickup is happening as posted, says food will be ready at a certain time and you still have to wait an extra 30 minutes. Small portions. We went for Sunday brunch and it was absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Dionne, was exceptional. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned to a tee. The California omelette was tasty and let’s not forget the biscuit! You’ll definitely need a to-go box
