Great place to eat and drink between flights. I had a great burger here and several Denver Brewing Graham Cracker Porters which I highly reccomend! The bartender late afternoon into evening Saturday Jan 31 was also very good.

Great spot to grab a drink and bite while waiting for your flight! The service was quick and super friendly, and the food came out delicious. My michelada had the exact balance of flavor and spice. Honestly, it’s the kind of place that makes a layover or early airport arrival feel way more enjoyable. Definitely recommend stopping here before boarding!

Had the privilege of working with the amazing Dani serving the bar! We had quite the long layover and were starving, we sat down at the bar and was rapidly greeted by the bartender who is called Dani! She helped us look over the menu and gave us different choice options! She was quick on her feet, kind, knowledgeable, and so sweet! The special shot we ordered was made to perfection and the mushroom Swiss burger was exactly what I needed To survive this airport another couple of hours!

I’m currently at the Core Silver Bullet Restaurant in the Denver Airport, and I must say, the service here is outstanding. My waitress, Freh, truly understands the meaning of hospitality, she’s knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and genuinely cares about her guests. During my long layover, I observed how efficiently and consistently the staff worked. Orders were served quickly, presentations were neat and uniform, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and professional. This establishment is exceptionally well-managed, and I confidently rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.

Took 5 min of waiting at the “please wait to be seated” sign for the bartender to yell “seat yourself” another 15min before taking my order. Cucumbers were clearly cut may days prior. Salad was $35

Across from gate C28. This is really good food! Mike the bartender recommended the Chile (and it was superb!), the Cobb salad (also fantastic), and some other things I cannot recall. Wife got the western burger with BBQ onions etc. ordered medium well, cooked medium rare but she didn’t want to send it back. I ate half and that was really good too!

I purchased food where it says pay here and dine in and I go set at a table with my beer and salad and the hateful bartender who literally had the worst customer service skills of anyone I’ve encountered at a bistro for years says, “Ma’am you can’t eat that here!” I ask why since it’s your food and I followed the direction of your sign and she says, “take out cannot be eaten as dine-in”….i explain that I thought I was following directions and she says I have to leave. Worst experience ever and I will never return as a buisness frequent flyer. Can’t even enjoy it
