I got stuck in the snow two days ago, and a young man in a truck happened by, asking if i needed assistance. I gladly said yes, and he said he was with the CFC, and that he and a young woman were out in the storm to see if anyone might need assistance.
They had 2 shovels and boards in their small pick-up, and with the help of another man who stopped by with a chain, they were able to get my vehicle out of the snow.
Thanks to these kind souls for being out and about to help during a winter storm!
