Ours is a story of a curious couple, challenging ourselves, curating stories, and focusing on community. We’re a quaint bottle shop and wine bar with hand crafted wine selections and small plate offerings, located on Mt. Hood. Select a bottle from our hand selected wine shop, sip on one of our monthly rotating glass pours, or snag a beer, tea, coffee, or one of our many alcohol free options. We offer charcuterie boards and small bites to eat if you are hungry, or you can bring in food from any of the wonderful local restaurants. Sit outside on the beautiful patio or hang out inside playing board games or perusing the local artists den. Minors and fur babies [outside] are always welcome. I absolutely loved this place. Ryan one of the owners was an amazing host! The wine is great, the food delicious and the vibe was spot on. Loved meeting some of locals, very friendly and welcoming. I went back a second time because I had so much fun! I can’t wait to visit again.

I’ve been wanting to stop here for awhile but am always passing through and often don’t have time. I finally had time to kill in the area today so I was able to stop in and am so glad I did. I opted for the flight and each wine was delicious. I don’t often go wine tasting alone but Bri was so nice and attentive that I didn’t feel like I was by myself. She was extremely knowledgeable as well. I also met one of the local artists featured in the shop who’d stopped by, and I purchased one of his beautiful prints of Mt. Hood. I highly recommend stopping in!

Absolutely amazing staff and great vibes.
We had a bit of a snafu with our vacation plans and originally stopped here hoping to get access to WiFi to deal with an issue we were having with our Airbnb.
Ended up staying a bit on their wonderful porch and got some beverages while figuring out our next plans. The staff was amazingly helpful and went beyond out of their way to help us. Plus a good selection of drinks.
10/10 recommend
We will be back to enjoy having wine on their porch in the future!

A hidden place to unwind with a glass or pick up a bottle to go. They have zero proof options, too. Limited food on premises, so you have their blessing to bring in takeout from nearby restaurants (we suggest Chicali Cantina!). Don’t miss their Artist’s Den, featuring rotating works by local creatives, or their collection of games to liven up your visit. My only wish is that they were open later!

Stop on the way down the mountain after a great day of skiing. Or stop on the way up the mountain headed to night skiing. Point is, stop. Grab a glass of carefully selected varietals or share a bottle of wine. Beer is also on the menu as are thoughtfully curated appetizers. And bring the kids, they’re welcome as well (though noisy kids and pets may be relegated to the patio ). There’s a broad spectrum of bottles available to open or take home, the proprietors have selected wines you won’t see at grocery stores.

I love this place! It’s the perfect stop en route to/back from the mountain. I had a great talk with the new wine shop owners – they were super welcoming and seem truly passionate about wine, without being snooty. They’re obviously foodies too. People I would hang with in real life! 🙂 That whole little Welches enclave has a lot to offer and it’s nice to see such a sweet community growing there. We will be back.

A great little wine shop in Welches. Sales by the bottle or the glass, wine flights, a good selection of craft beer on tap or can/bottle. A good selection of plates, sandwiches and charcuterie. Everything nice for takeout, or eat inside or on their deck. Prices are good, service is friendly. I stopped by today after a short hike and I’ll be back on a regular basis. Try Cooper’s and you’ll enjoy it.

I went here with a friend for the first time. They had a special wine tasting that night which was nice. They have a few things you can order off the menu but you can also order pizza from the restaurant across the parking lot. We did that and they bring it right to your table.
I really like the space and they have some nice outdoor seating as well. The service was also great.
I’m not super familiar with the area, but this is a really great place to get a drink and chat with friends. In addition to a huge selection of wine, they do have draft beer as well. And there’s also a little room with some local artwork that you can purchase. Definitely worth checking out this place!

Bri is an absolute wizard and always picks me delicious bottles. Just tell her what youre looking for and at what price point and she always crushes the recommendations. The baked brie is a must. Cant recommend enough!
