I left here hoping that the staff is celebrated for being as wonderful as they are. I took the elevator down with a member of the kitchen staff and he was just as pleasant and courteous as the front of house, when nobody was looking or listening.

It’s consistent and that’s so rare.

I have yet to leave the hotel for a meal because I know that I’ll have decent food served by a wildly courteous staff bright downstairs. Many thanks to them all.

I recently had to get to the airport ahead of a winter storm for fear the road conditions would deteriorate. So, this place was my primary food source for a couple of days.

I was served and greeted by Abby and two different Brittanys, I believe, as well as a host of other ladies, whose names I didn’t get, during my stay. They embodied southern hospitality, checking on me regularly with smiles and kind words.

Each one of the dishes were delicious, the salad bar and adjacent buffet were kept neat and clean, and I even ordered room service once. Pace yourself and save room for dessert, as the portions are rather generous. Prices were fairly reasonable for the items I ordered. Excellent experience all around!

We stayed at the hotel after a late flight before continuing on to our holiday. We were more than a little peckish after flying from the UK to Atlanta, then on to Knoxville and were very happy to see that the restaurant was still open.

The food was so good that we made sure to stop back in for breakfast the following morning where I had my first ever biscuits and gravy!

The food and salad bar in the evening were a delight, but the breakfast buffet was something else. There was a little something for everyone, and you will definitely not leave hungry.

A well deserved five stars, and I would stay at the hotel again just for the food!

My wife and I had a bit of a long wait for some family that was coming in after us. We did not have hotel reservations but the staff not only in the restaurant but also the hotel was extremely friendly and nice. Allowing us to have an amazing meal and a place to relax while we waited.

Allowing us that being said, I would especially like to thank our waiter. He was extremely patient and friendly with us.

If I could give more stars than 5 I would.

The so called “filet mignon” is a hunk of alpo dog food that’s been meat glued and tastes like a 3 day old Salisbury steak. Do yourself a favor and look it up. I’ve had and processed a lot of meat personally and this is not a filet mignon. Sweet potato was undercooked and hard. When I told them about it and asked if that was actually filet mignon I was told yes it was(sent it back with no offer of returning any of the $43 spent on this cow patty). If you stay at the Hilton, eat elsewhere.

I popped in here one evening to try their BBQ chicken quesadilla, and it didn’t disappoint. I’m kind of a connoisseur of chicken quesadillas, and this was one of my favorite. Considering the place was practically deserted, I was expecting my waitress to be a little more attentive, but other than that, I really liked the place. They also have a salad bar which is included with the entrees. Whenever I’m in the mood for BBQ chicken quesadilla again, I will be back.

After an unfortunate accident during my drive from California to Philadelphia, I became stranded in Knoxville waiting for my flight for 2 days. My was low and I had my cat with me. The staff was very understanding and hospitable. They offered milk for my ,and allowed me to eat and relax until my flight without equivocation. The food was delicious and the bartenders were awesome. I literally would fly back here just to eat…lol This was an gr8 experience for someone who has never been to Tennessee.

I went with a group of friends for lunch. The hostess was friendly and greeted us quickly. She told us our waitress’s name but then made a comment that our waitress’s was taking room service and would be back soon. Then she made an off-hand comment about our waitress.. somethingto the effect that she was not friendly..or something similar. ‘That was quite unprofessional. We met our waitress and she was nice. ( I think her name was Bianca? She took our drink/ lunch order. We chose the lunch buffet buffet, and it was clean and very good. The buffet included drink, salad bar, soup, rolls, 2 meats, 4 vegetables and a dessert. The hostess overheard us commenting that the glasses were smaller than before and I wondered aloud why they would make things harder for the wait staff because they would have to do refills more frequently. The hostess overheard us and offered to ask the waitress to bring a pitcher of tea to the table. That was awesome.
Our waitress checked on us frequently and engaged in conversation with us..made us feel most welcome. When we thanked her and told her she was great, she said to please come back again.
Our waitress graciously took our lunch tickets to the hostess( cashier) . When we received our change/ receipts, the hostess had made a mistake. Not a big deal until she argued with one a couple members of our group that she had given correct change… she had not given enough change. The waitress finally was able to persuade the hostess that had made a mistake and brought the extra change that was due.
The hostess did not apologize.
We will return again because the food and service were good. If we have the same hostess and she makes such a comment, we will express our displeasure with her comments.

We were seated quickly but the food took over 30 minutes (my husband was hungry and let me know). It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. My girls liked the bread and butter but they didn’t bring that till after the food came. Maybe you need to ask for it if you want it in the beginning?

My girls got the pasta and I got the cheese ravioli with Alfredo. It was pretty greasy and buttery so I didn’t love it as much as other cheesy Alfredo’s and my kids didn’t ask for more than the 1 bite which is super rare. Usually they prefer my food and take it all but they liked the bread better.

Overall everyone said their food was just okay. This place is more for the convenience of those staying at the hotel. We only came because our friend was staying for the Pistol Ultra marathon. Then we forgot to tell them that and didn’t get a discount, whoops.
