The food was delicious ! The servers were good as well. They along with the manager did the best they could despite some delays but overall I appreciate the fact they tried to make our experience wonderful! I’d highly recommend trying this spot, reservations are necessary and please be kind and patient with the staff !

We had a reservation for 4:15 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM and had complementary wine. The wines were good and very inexpensive. We did not purchase wine to take home though.

We were not seated until 4:45 PM despite having a reservation. We ordered the drunken shrimp and lobster bisque to start. The lobster bisque came out quickly. It was okay. The lobster and/or crab meat did not taste fresh. It may have been imitation meat. But it was okay. The drunken shrimp arrived one minute before our dinner came out. Again, the drunken shrimp were just okay.

My husband’s jambalaya was really good. I ordered the herbal salmon. It was also good, but not the best salmon in Greensboro. The cookie with ice cream was different, but it was okay. I wouldn’t order it again.

Overall, the place was just okay. It wasn’t overly good, but it wasn’t overly bad either. It may depend on what you order. Our bill before tip was $100.29, which wasn’t bad for the food and complementary wine. There wasn’t anything about the restaurant that made me want to go again, but there wasn’t anything about it to make me not go again either.

I loved it! It’s a beautiful place and the food is so DELICIOUS!! I will definitely be back!
The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have any more crème brûlée, and I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying it. Since it’s a signature dessert of the restaurant, they should make it in large quantities, especially on busier days.

Had a great lunch experience at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant. The food was pretty good, but the service truly stood out attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, and the music selection was spot on, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the meal. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’d definitely come back. I really want to try their wine selection because I’ve heard nothing but great things about it!!

Enjoyed a great girls night out. Started with the wine tasting experience while we waited for our table. Enjoyed a complimentary tasting of wine to start dinner. Food and service was great. Very affordable for the experience.

You walk in and feel like you’re in Southern Comfort. Nostalgia, luxury, wine, galore.
Greeted by our host, no hospitality there.
The restaurant and “open” kitchen are gorgeous and feels very spacious despite them sitting the only 4 tables in the place directly next to each other. Felt a bit cramped after that.
Our server Alexis was amazing!
I ordered the steak salad, my date had a burger, & shared a bottle of Chardonnay. Pretty plating.
Geared up for my first bite and got the bonus of the longest hair ever twirled in my fork.
The server I flagged down for help (not our server) asked me if I wanted it remade.
That was the extent of any rectification.
Customer service fell WAY short of the caliber of restaurant they present themselves as. No manager table touch, no apologies, nothing.
As a restaurant manager, I’ve gone through greater lengths to correct smaller issues.
I was excited about all they had to offer especially with the wine club, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hour drive.

Wonderful food, wonderful White Sangrias! Great service! A little pricey so be prepared. Thankful they have vegetarian meals for me. My first visit I had gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, excellent, Banoffee Pie dessert was excellent! Second visit I had sweet corn & tomato risotto, excellent! We also had classic tomato bruschetta for an appetizer, was the best I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back!

We decided to try this restaurant on a whim Nov 26th and found out it was their third day open. We got to the restaurant around 5pm, but didn’t leave until a little after 8pm. Service was slow, and it got louder as the night went on because we were seated right next to the kitchen. I will chalk it up to being the 3rd day, and it getting significantly more busy after we got our appetizers.

We got the meatballs, and those were amazing! We often talk about coming back just for those. For the entrees, we got the creamy chicken risotto and lemon chicken pasta. The risotto was okay, and my husband needed to bring the down the flavor of the lemon pasta because it was too strong. Finally for dessert, we had the crème brûlée.

For the wine, we were able to taste a couple varieties and decided on a bottle of moscato. We’re looking to go back, so hopefully the service time is better!

I visited today for a solo date for Valentines Day. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The service was fast, food was hot and fresh. The drinks were AMAZING !!

Also whoever was in charge of the music today 10/10, it was a great variety of music and I didnt even realize I was dining alone

When we were walking in, some ladies walking out told us it was a terrible experience and they waited on their food forever. So we were a bit apprehensive once seated for our reservation but the food came out in a generally normal amount of time. The food was overall good, but the service is not professional. From the check in by a non friendly, non welcoming person to our server who was sweet but very slow to greet us, forgot to ever bring our wine, and let us run out of water, etc., it was not a charming experience. We had also recently tried the nearby and also new North Italia restaurant and were absolutely blown away by the high level of service. This was quite the opposite. Some exceptions of course, but it was a very expensive dinner for not great service.
