KC has been keeping the good restaurant underlock mode. Why didn’t anyone tell me out this place. It’s been a quiet stable in Lees Summit for years. They have a wine tasting area. Beautiful restaurant and plenty of foods to choose from. I was so impressed I was a full member before leaving. My server had to be the best one there very interactive and you can honestly tell he likes his job. They also have a bar area and really cool merchandise for sell. I felt like a kid in a candy store! Every 3 months they have a Chief special, YES! I made my reservation ♥️ Everybody needs to come and join me for a good time

Had dinner at Coopers Hawk in Lee’s Summit and was presently surprised. The last time we had eaten there was a year ago and we weren’t very satisfied. We were seated quickly with our reservations and drink service was quick. I ordered the 8oz fillet with mashed potatoes and broccoli while my wife had the shrimp and scallop risotto. We were very satisfied with both meals but Coopers Hawk is getting ridiculous with their prices. My steak was $47, and although it was good the entire dinner was not worth that. The same meal at Texas Roadhouse would be half the cost and taste just as good. All in all we were satisfied but won’t likely be back because of the prices.

We walked in on a whim as a group of 6. Not only did they squeeze us in rather quickly, but the service provided was amazing! The food was great, we tried from the seasonal/holiday menu and the standard. Everything was beautiful and delicious. The cocktails were great and also really pretty too! The wine pairing suggestion was definitely perfect

I had such a great experience at thanks to Danica at the host stand. From the moment we walked in she was super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of right away. She kept everything organized even though it was busy and made sure we got seated quickly. You can tell she really cares about giving guests a good experience. Danica definitely made our visit even better!

Service was slow, as they seemed to be understaffed for a Saturday night. Had an extremely long and disorganized wait for the wine tasting, which causes us to delay dinner an hour and a half. Our appetizers came out at the same time as our entrees 15-20 mins later. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if we weren’t super hungry. The wait staff was very nice and apologetic for the timing of our meal. The food was excellent. I suggest getting there early or go during the week.

It was my first time here – my friend took me for Happy Hour. I CANNOT rave enough about the service and the food and the vibes. We didn’t wait long (maybe 5-10mins). We had fries (not on the Happy Hour menu), Crispy Tempura shrimp, Smoked Salmon Spread (DELICIOUS ), and Cooper’s Hawk Smashed Sliders. And then we topped it off with the Sangria Flight which consists of 4 different flavors of Sangria’s. I LOVED IT THERE!! But I’ll try a different location next time. Oh yeah, the playlist was good too.

We had a great experience at Cooper’s Hawk! The salmon was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and flavorful — and the salted caramel crème brûlée was incredible (honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while).
Melanie, our server, was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out just right without ever feeling rushed. The manager was also wonderful — you can tell they really care about the guest experience.

The food, service, and atmosphere are all impeccable! Absolutely riveting. My host especially, Danica, was just lovely! She was enthusiastic and had such a delightful energy to her! This establishment is a 10/10!! Please if you haven’t, you should definitely check it out!

I had the most amazing experience with Kaymyn at this location. She was very attentive and even though it was extremely busy she didn’t miss a beat. She always made sure our drinks were full and was so kind. She truly made our experience 11/10. We will be back to see her!
