We celebrated our 5-year anniversary at Cooper’s Hawk and had the BEST experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, we were truly spoiled. Our server, Sean, was attentive, friendly, and made the evening feel so special. Nick, the manager, went above and beyond as well — even surprising us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary!
The food was incredible (seriously the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had!) and the wine was just as amazing. Every detail made the night unforgettable. We left already talking about when we’ll be back. Thank you, Cooper’s Hawk, for making our anniversary so memorable! ✨
A significant portion of the menu was unavailable when we arrived. At the bar, we were told Old Fashioneds could not be made because the restaurant had run out of bitters—a foundational bar ingredient. More troubling was that management was unaware this was even an issue until guests raised it.
Compounding this, the General Manager had already left by 8:00 PM, during what should be a peak service window for a high-end dining experience. That absence was noticeable when issues arose and escalation was needed.
Once we navigated what was actually available to order, the food itself was excellent, which makes the situation even more frustrating—this is clearly a restaurant capable of delivering quality when properly supported.
Our server, Jaiden, was exceptional. He was attentive, empathetic, and did everything in his power to make the evening enjoyable despite circumstances completely outside his control. The Assistant Manager did step in and comped our appetizers after we voiced concerns, which was appreciated, but it felt reactive rather than proactive.
This wasn’t about compensation—it was about preparedness, communication, and leadership presence. An experience restaurant should never feel understocked, uninformed, or unsupported on a December evening when guests are celebrating milestones.
We hope ownership reviews this feedback seriously. With proper operational discipline and on-site leadership, this location can absolutely live up to the Cooper’s Hawk brand promise. Last night, however, it fell short.
But what truly made this visit extraordinary was the service. Our party (we were celebrating a birthday) had the absolute pleasure and honor of being served by LeAni and Lucie, two shining examples of what genuine hospitality looks like. They were both incredibly attentive, warm, and bubbly, offering sincere apologies for the kitchen shortages while maintaining grace and professionalism throughout.
Their energy transformed the evening. What could have been a simple dinner became something memorable, uplifting, and human. LeAni and Lucie are not just servers—they’re the heart and sparkle within Copper Hawk, the kind of people who turn a good experience into a great one.
The rest of the staff were kind as well, but the impression these two ladies left is truly unforgettable. Please, hold onto them—they embody the kind of care and empathy that keeps guests coming back.
Thank you, LeAni and Lucie, for a magnificent and meaningful experience. You are both absolute gems.
For anyone wondering if they should be here-my recommendation is given with a stamp of appreciation and approval.
Oh and here is the Parmesan Encrusted Shrimp Scampi. Absolutely delicious.
Cooper’s Hawk is hands down my favorite restaurant, and it never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and polished without ever feeling pretentious. The staff here is phenomenal —attentive, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your dining experience is perfect. The service is absolutely top-notch—everyone is so attentive, professional, and genuinely kind.
I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Dan. He’s honestly a superstar. I’ve asked him about a million questions over my many visits (everything from wine pairings to menu details to rewards program perks), and he never misses a beat. He’s always patient, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and somehow makes you feel like you’re the most important guest in the room. He goes above and beyond every single time, and that level of service is rare these days. He truly makes the experience unforgettable.
And let’s talk about the food….wow. It is nothing short of gourmet perfection. Every dish I’ve had feels carefully crafted, and absolute gourmet quality, beautifully presented and full of flavor. Honestly, the chefs don’t get nearly the recognition they deserve— the creations are incredible! On top of that, the prices are shockingly reasonable. In fact, most of the fine dining entrées here are more affordable than a meal at Chick-fil-A, which blows my mind given the quality.
The rewards program is another perk that keeps me coming back. Points rack up so quickly that it feels like there’s always something special or spectacular waiting for me—whether it’s a free bottle of wine, a dining reward, or some other treat. It feels like they truly value their members, which makes dining here even more rewarding (literally).
And if you haven’t tried their happy hour, you’re missing out! Midweek at 4:30pm has become my favorite time to visit—it’s the perfect balance of atmosphere, great deals, and amazing food. It’s the perfect way to break up the week with something fun and delicious.
Cooper’s Hawk is literally the best place for any event—whether it’s a date night, casual dinner, a family celebration, or just a midweek pick-me-up. Cooper’s Hawk is literally the best spot. I can’t recommend it enough!
