My wife and I went here for the first time ever to celebrate our birthdays! OMG…I absolutely love this place. My wife got the parmesan chicken, green beans and Marys potatoes. I got the 8 oz filet mignon (medium) with brocholli and marys potatoes. We had Creme Brulett and the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Our servers name was Erica, she knows what to recommend, very good at explaining the menu, and is also real nice to talk to. I give this place 10/10. We will be going back!

Went the night before Valentine’s Day, they were serving the specials that are pictured. The wine tasting was amazing and Erica knows her wine. We would go back to her anytime. The egg rolls are delicious but the steak came out well done. They made us both steaks again but those were well done as well. The appetizer ended up being free so that made up for it.

This is one of my favorite places to go — especially when George is working in the tasting room. There’s something about his kindness that’s instantly calming. He’s attentive and professional, yet still so personable. He makes every visit feel welcoming and relaxed.
Beyond the tasting bar, I usually head to the bar area for a meal. The food is consistently great. On the rare occasion something hasn’t been perfect (like a batch of cold fries), it’s always been fixed immediately without hesitation.
Great atmosphere, great service, and a place I genuinely look forward to visiting.

What an amazing dining experience. Cooper’s Hawk truly delivers when it comes to generous portions and rich flavors. I left feeling completely satisfied. The chicken sandwich stood out with its bold taste and creamy cilantro ranch that soaked into every bite. Definitely a place I would happily visit again.

This was my first time at Cooper’s Hawk and I will definitely be back! The ambiance was beautiful, the wine (of course) was amazing, and the Italian Sausage & Chicken Pasta was absolutely delicious. But what truly made our experience memorable was our waitress, Lisa Mauer. She was incredibly attentive, had a great personality, and gave the best recommendations. 10/10 experience all around!
