Wonderful experience here. Went with a group of 5 and were seated immediately, no reservations. The waitress was very nice and responsive. Food was excellent, no complaints from anyone. I had a red wine flight, it was very well priced and the pours were quite large. Very pleased.

Patrick was absolutely exceptional. I came in hoping to taste a wine I’d previously had at Cooper’s Hawk, but I couldn’t remember the name or type. Somehow, Patrick nailed it on the very first try, which honestly blew me away. Beyond his incredible knowledge, his energy and kindness made the entire experience feel warm and personal. He made me feel genuinely welcomed, not rushed or overlooked, and that’s rare. Without exaggeration, Patrick is the best person I’ve interacted with at any Cooper’s Hawk location. Experiences like this are why people come back.

The service and food were beyond 5 stars!! My server was Nicole and she were beyond Exceptional and absolutely amazing!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and tried to upscale me on the wine club but never pushy. She is the perfect example of what Excellent service looks like!! Give this lady a raise/promotion!! And let’s not forget the very friendly hostess, she really set the mood upon entering this establishment.

I have been to several locations and the customer service at the Wheeling location is the best customer service! Cooper’s Hawk Wheeling is my go to for date night and girls night. Pam, in the tasting room, always does a phenomenal job with making suggestions and attending our needs. She makes going into the tasting room fun, and she’s the primary reason I keep my wine club membership! Pam knows how to make the guests feel like they’re at home and want to continue going back to Cooper’s Hawk! Visit Pam and the Wheeling location!

Love going here with friends! Always a great experience! Food is excellent and the staff is always good, especially Sue. She’s always so friendly, helpful and really great at making sure she makes everyone feel welcome! We look forward to seeing her and always enjoy her enthusiasm! Wow! What a great night dining with my friend! Booby was an incredible server that had some great recommendations and had a smile on his face the entire evening! He is such a sweet guy who really knows how to be an awesome server! Keep up the great work Bobby! Nathan the manager was so sweet to stop by our table and check in on us! Kayla, Alex and Darlene at the host stand greeted us with smiles on their faces ready to help! Salt and Pepper shakers were full, silverware was freshly polished and my gnocchi carbonara was made like it was cooked in my Italian grandmothers kitchen! 10/10!
