I always have an amazing time when I come to Cooper’s Hawk. Manager Jake was very attentive and came over to the table to introducie himself he was great. My favorite servers are Carson and Teresa I absolutely love them. And every time I come I have either one of those servers and they are great. I also love princess at the front desk she is absolutely awesome and has a beautiful smile and infectious energy. I always have a great time when I come and I will keep coming back.

An amazing birthday dinner. We started with a wine flight and 4 different Sangria samples. Our server Frederick was absolutely amazing!! Brought us oyr wine and we ordered appetizers the lettuce wraps and ahi tuna tostades. He also asked if we wanted to wait to order a entrees so that we had time to enjoy or appetizers. Our entrees were absolutely amazing. The braised short ribs were tender and flavorful and the pretzel crushed pork chops were to die for. Our complaints to the chef. Definitely will be back.

To start off Amy over at the wine tasting is absolutely fantastic. Anytime my wife and I come in, if we can get Amy we are always thrilled, she is so kind and knowledgeable. Otherwise if you’re looking for a place to get a nice fancy meal without breaking the bank coopers hawk is the way to go. My wife and I love this location, we drive from Sullivan and drive past the Brookfield location to go here because the staff is better and the atmosphere too. Taylor our waiter is also great too!

This/the new Greenfield location is beautiful & they actually made the lemon chicken piccata dish that I LOVE correctly, but the portion of noodles is very low (1st picture, the 2nd picture is from the Brookfield location, they messed it up pretty bad, thankfully the manager took it off of my bill). This location needs customer service improvements made to their tasting area, very slow service, not enough staff & better control of the lines/patrons waiting in line on both sides; the bar area waitress we had was very slow & hardly came over to check on us, we witnessed her giving other tables way more assistance than she gave us…

Teresa’s service is amazing! I was curious about the Cakebread collaboration—on my last visit, my server couldn’t really tell me much about it. This time, I asked Terese, and she shared the Cakebread family history with so much knowledge and enthusiasm that we had to try it. She was attentive, kind, and truly elevated our experience. We enjoyed her service so much that we requested her for our next visit. Highly recommend!

I flew into town tonight after a long week of work and I had the pleasure of being served by Brodie. Oh my goodness, he was such a fresh breath of air. He was so attentive and sweet, he held great conversation and I could not leave without signing up for a membership with him! I don’t drink often but the way he sold the pitch to me, I just could not refuse! Ladies and gentlemen, if you go to Cooper’s hawk on Sura Lane – ASK FOR BRODIE!

One word – Brodie. He was amazing to me and my friend tonight. Wine tasting with Brodie is an EXPERIENCE, he is such a vibe! He holds great conversation, he recommends the BEST WINE he is very knowledgeable about the different kinds of variety and sweet wines! I am so happy I encountered him this visit and after this, I would not settle for any other wine tasting attendant but him.

Sara was my wine attendant and did a wonderful job taking care of all guests, which included the tastings as well as checking people out for their to go orders. I come in specifically to see her—she goes above and beyond every shift and would be a great bartender/lead as well. Highly recommend!

Went to the new Greenfield location. Very spacious with welcoming decor. Had the eggroll appetizer which was delicious! Served perfect temperature and delectable in presentation. Ordered the pork chops and chicken giardinera, both were generous portions with the perfect flavor! Pork chops were moist and tender.
With beverages for the meal and appetizer we landed around $95. It was worth it!

We went to meet family for lunch. Our food was delicious! I ate the Asian chicken lettuce wraps which was completely gluten free. They were so good we had to order another plate of them. Also had the salted carmel creme brulee which was absolutely amazing! It wasn’t too sweet or rich and had the perfect about of sweetness! I would go back for the for the food but the service was very slow. We met for lunch around noon and didn’t leave until almost 3p because the food took so long to come out. I think it’s because we sat in the middle. If you go, get seated at the bar or the booths, you’ll get service faster. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will be back again!
