Always great service food and if course wine. We come in and try the wine if the month I liked Januarys red ♥️ hubby hasn’t gotten away from Moscato . I get the pretzel breaded pork or a risotto. Hubby likes the wedge and burgers. Apps like drunken shrimp and brussel sprouts. Join the club only 24 a month and you get benefits like bday and yearly anniversary date you joined $ off also you get points everytime you eat there which adds up to $ off too. I had a $25 off reward and we used my monthly bottle of wine opened in house x2 and we ate for $40. Worth joining the club. We stop by every time in town and we will be back.

Had a really nice time at Coopers Hawk with family! I got the surf and turf with medallions and the grouper, highly recommend. The brussel sprout appetizer was a hit! Great wine and nice ambiance. Would definitely come back!

Excellent food and service! We loved our server, Jane. She was so knowledgeable of the menu and had a great personality. We arrived before 5:30, was happy to know we could still enjoy a great deal on drinks and appetizers before our entree. Definitely recommend this spot.

It’s rare that you can find a place where both the wine and the food are amazing. Cooper’s Hawk is one of those places. The beef medallions and lobster were perfect as was their Old Vine Zin wine. I always look forward to this experience.

First time here and was amazed. We got the butternut squash ravioli with lobster, scallops and shrimp, and the scallop & shrimp risotto. DELICIOUS. My husband asked for a sample of the moscato and our lovely waitress Natalie also brought him the gewürztraminer to try, which he actually liked better. Excellent service, amazing food, will definitely be back.

Had a lovely night tonight except for we arrived and waited for approximately eight minutes to be served at the bar finally had to go to the hosteas stand and ask for someone to wait for us being a wine member for a wine tasting and the manager Nick showed up and the Wine server took care of us. We were seated in Jane G took immaculate perfect perfection care of us Had a lovely dinner and then we left to get a few petit fours and we’re not able to get serviced as we checked out so we left we waited for several minutes waiting for someone to check us out and there was only one person. It seemed very shorthanded tonight. The best part of tonight was Jane G. Thank you for taking care of us it felt short handed tonight Which is amazing for such a slow time of the year for someone that lives here year-round in Naples Floeisa. Take care of your locals. The pictures of a jambalaya it’s a split entrée, so it was very generous in size and we loved the food tonight. It was simply lovely, but the service was very lacking.

Great first experience. You must try the brussel sprouts appetizer. Not a vegetable that I thought could possibly be prepared in a way you could describe as amazing but this is it. Generous portion for two. I also had the sliced prime rib sliders served in a pretzel bun. Again amazing. Everything we ordered was creatively and skillfully prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Every time we have come to Cooper’s hawk, we have been met with such friendliness and kindness. The staff were always so helpful and made sure we had everything, however tonight was the complete opposite. We had just signed up for the wine club towards the end of December, so the manager had told us that they had comped our bottle in December and that the new bottle for January would be available for us to pick up in the new year. So being unsure of what to do, we went in tonight. The woman working the wine pickup area was busy and had informed us that there was only one computer working. Which we told her, no worries and to take her time as we were not in a rush. When she was done helping the other costumers, she asked how many bottles we were there to pick up and I told her just one. She kind of just laughed at me and said okay, what kind of wine. I told her that we had selected the white wine on the membership so I guess the white wine for January. She told me that there isn’t a white wine for January. I was like okay well, we didn’t select the variety, we would just like a white wine. She just told me that January doesn’t have a white wine. I didn’t know what to do at this point because this was my first time ever picking up wine. She just sighed and said I’ll get you a white wine. She packaged it up for us, asked for the wine card then told me that there wasn’t a bottle available. I said oh well.. she looked back at her computer and noticed something else and said oh never mind. Then just smiled at me. Didn’t explain anything, didn’t let me know what was wrong, didn’t tell me if I would have issues next month. Safe to say I do have my wine? Yes. Do I know how the wine club works? No. Did she ruin my night? Yes. Just wanted to pick up a bottle of wine to share with my new fiance as of yesterday.

We went out to dinner last night at the Cooper’s Hawk in Naples FL, and had a great affordable dinner.
– All the staff, from the Front Desk to the Tasting bar were very polite, patient, and helpful, even though they were very busy and hard working.
– Unlike many fine restaurants in Florida, they actually all spoke English, so we didn’t need to use Google translate to explain what we wanted to order or ask about policy.
– It was a very cold and windy evening, for Florida. About 40%, but fine inside, except when the door to the back patio was opened for staff to bring in or out, food, or orders for the brave outdoor dinners who probably in parkas or under radiant heater were outside.
– Shout out to the floor manager, Cindy Stua, who was relentless, in making sure that this issue was addressed effectively, and this required her working with many busy staff who were genuinely unaware, busy, and a little oblivious to the issue. The final fix was a paper sign on the door that it was not to be used. Also some big yellow wet floor cones in front of the inside of the door.
– So, the problem was effectively solved, but she was very hard working and it was challenging to solve, but she did it, and all the diners within 50 of the door could take off their parkas! Kind of funny really and we laughed. She treated us well and was terrific!
– Kudo’s also go to our waitress, Valerie, and she was very helpful, attentive and able to make good food and wine suggestions.
I’m giving a total 5 star review because we are members, and every time we like the staff. One evening which was challenging, but very well handled in the end, does not take away from the overall rating. Running a service business is a great challenge, and a process and communication issue with a young set of enthusiastic wait staff workers will I am sure the addressed as the management clearly wants to know and address issues that are encountered.
– I hope the management will read this and give these specific individuals the credit they deserve.
