We celebrated our anniversary at Cooper’s Hawk! We’ve been to another location before, but this was our first time visiting this one — and our experience was absolutely wonderful.

To start, our server Jayme was an absolute gem! She was so kind, attentive, and made the evening extra special. My husband ordered the red wine braised short rib and it was incredible — he really enjoyed it. I ordered Dana’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and wow! I don’t usually go for chicken dishes, but I’m so glad I did. It was absolutely delicious, and even the tomato relish packed an amazing punch of flavor. I can’t wait to order it again!

For dessert, we shared the salted caramel crème brûlée and the honey lemon cake (a special). The crème brûlée was good, but that lemon cake was out of this world — it needs to become a permanent menu item!

Overall, an excellent dining experience — wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time here and I thought it was very good! We had a reservation for outside but they let us sit inside because it was cold which was nice. The bar area was neat and lively. We got seated and our waiter Jessica was nice. The service was a little slow but it was a Friday night and they were busy. I don’t remember what wines we got but they were fine. The pretzel bread was yummy. The wedge salads were very good I loved the crispy crunchy onions. I like more blue cheese. The filet medallions with the blue cheese on top was my favorite. There was also Parmesan and horseradish very good to. The surf and Turf with the salmon and the ahi tuna was nice. The steaks were almost all cooked perfectly. Slightly overdone. It was pricey but nice to have a decent steakhouse around here!

We had a great experience for Valentine’s Day! We had never been before, but had heard about Cooper’s Hawk, so this is our first experience. Neither one of us are wine drinkers, but we were able to do a tasting of four different wines, and that was quite a treat, honestly the tasting was enough for us ha ha. The sweet red was actually really good!

Was also very well done, I had the filet mignon with Betty’s potatoes and the Asian slaw and honestly that combo was just what I wanted. My husband had the Parmesan crusted mahi-mahi, it was a little dry, but I’m sure on a different day It would’ve been better.

I think our favorite thing was brussels sprouts, I could’ve eaten multiple plates of those. I’m definitely going to try to Google a copycat recipe for at home!

All in all, great evening

We are Cooper’s Hawk Wine club members so we go there a lot because it’s a great place to eat and if you like wine to taste or drink it with family and friends. We went there a couple of times recently, just before and for Thanksgiving since it’s just me and the wife. All the food was great as usual, the service was professional and friendly, the wine is good, and the restaurant is a nice place to eat. We definitely recommend giving it a try to eat and drink wine.

We visited Cooper’s Hawk yesterday evening for dinner. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years and it isn’t easy to impress me…especially when it comes to service. The entire experience was pretty impressive. The food was outstanding. I had a braised short rib meal that was on the chef’s suggestion menu and I already want to go back to have it again before it’s gone. Hubby had pistachio crusted grouper and we shared the brussels sprouts appetizer. It was all delicious. Even more impressive was the service. We had an adorable young woman named Nina as our server. She was not only polite and sweet and perfectly attentive, she was also funny and engaging. She was knowledgeable about the menu and informative. She made great suggestions. It was our first visit but the experience hooked us and we’ll definitely be back soon.

I don’t know where to start, we had an amazing visit here tonight. We had reservations at 8:15pm and although it was extremely busy, we were seated promptly. We had Justin as our server, and he deserves all the credit! He was very professional, and very attentive. He made amazing suggestions for us that I firmly believe made our experience so much better. We both ordered wine to start. Justin recommend, I believe the most popular wine the Camile. My boyfriend loved it. I had sangria & it was soooo good. I’m a bit picky with sangria so this one definitely was a win for me. We both ordered filet minon. And we ordered the bruschetta app. Food came out with an appropriate wait time that didn’t keep us waiting too long but we were ready to eat when it did. Cooper’s hawk truly never misses. We always enjoy ourselves here. If you plan on a good dinner, date night or anniversary.. make no mistake. This is your place.

First time visiting this restaurant: my wife had picked it to try for her birthday celebration.
(My work had called me to an Emergency Response on her actual day, and given us a gift card to help and say ‘thank you’.)
Our night there was great, 75% due to our waiter “Michael” (I said “Mike” once and he corrected me, oops.)
He was phenomenal!
He took the time to describe wines and ask me what Iight want to try, and then brought samples to help me even further.
If your with friends “Sweet Red” and if your on a date, “Romance Red” but it’s the same thing!
It’s like Welch’s juice, with a bit more kick. I found it yummy, may start drinking more wine now – this one.
We ordered a lot, kinda. (Remember, work gift card)
Drunken Shrimp and Calamari to start – very yummy!
I got soup, Seafood Bisque (shrimp, Lobster and scallop I believe) yummy.
I got Surf and Turf, Filet Medallions and Scallop Gratin, I didn’t want the mashed potatoes (I “want” them, but trying to watch my carbs) I was allowed to substitute for Asparagus.
Scallop Gratin – I wasn’t fond of the croutons in it – again watching carbs but found I wish it was just the scallops and not the extra filler. Still, they were yummy + picked out the croutons.y wife had Salmon and the mashed potatoes . . . So I still tried them. (Was that wrong??? )
We were stuffed, I didn’t finish my meal, got it boxed for take home – mostly because we both wanted dessert.
Key Lime Pie (me) and Jubilee (wife).
Now we were really stuffed.
Drive home and got to watch the last minutes of the Bucs game, Bucs winning with less than a minute remaining.
(Go Bucs!)
A very nice evening, delicious food, atmosphere was nice, not as dress up as I thought it might be. Some others were in shorts and T-shirts. No big deal.
We gave Michael a good tip, he earned it and was phenomenal with us.
We will go back for more!

My daughter and I went just to do the wine tasting. We only tasted 8 sweet wines. Most were delicious but the 2 that really stood out to me was the Winter White and Winter Red!! The Winter white was served cold and warm. Both were Very delicious…but that Winter Red…
It was also served warm. FANTASTIC!!! That was my favorite. It’s the perfect wine for a cold night, in your favorite pj’s watching TV or reading a book. I didn’t know wine could be served warm. Nice surprise. If you like sweet wine… get you some, you will not be disappointed! The ONLY reason why i did not leave with a bottle is because they were out, but I’m going back to get one real soon. Also try the Luxe ice wine. It’s made from frozen grapes., so it’s very sweet and a tad thick almost like a nectar (in my opinion), but very very good. We also tried Blueberry, the Blood Orange Sangria, Strawberry Rhubarb Sangria and also a Moscato and a chocolate wine. We did not stay and eat but next time, we will. I recommend doing the wine tasting, whatever your wine preference. It was a nice experience and the price was worth it. Great place.

Delicious food. I stopped by for lunch, the parking lot was packed around noon, but we were seated in just a few minutes. I didn’t try any wine this time but will next time. I ordered the lunch size butternut gnocchi and it was so good. It was still a good size, the mushrooms were so fresh and the butternut squash purée was sweet and had a little bit of spice to it, perfect for fall
