This was my first visit to this business that is in several states i am told.
A restaurant that has so many gluten free options is rare but a great find if you have celiac or gluten allergy. They have for appetizer a:
1.Gluten free bruchetta with burrata, basil, tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic glaze. It was delicious..
2. Tortilla soup- it was very flavorful and the best I’ve ever tasted..
3. Gnocchi with butternut squash- delicious best I’ve tasted.
I was to full to get dessert but on my list next time.
This restaurant chain has a large variety of wine and club.
I would highly recommend experiencing this business for yourself.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely
Would I return?
Absolutely
Second visit i had the dessert. As you can see the smores without the gram cracker was delicious and creme Brulee.

We normally go to the Cooper’s Hawk on Alafaya Trail, but the International Drive location truly exceeded expectations. The space is absolutely stunning—modern, romantic, and perfect for a special night out. It felt like a full Valentine’s experience from the moment we walked in. The wine selection was on point as always, and every dish was incredible—from the rich lobster bisque and flavorful meatballs to the perfectly cooked steak and lemony chicken piccata. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. This location definitely impressed us and made our Valentine’s dinner feel extra special.

I will start this off by saying that I am in the service industry, so there were many things that I gave the benefit of the doubt. This was my boyfriend and I’s first time at Cooper’s Hawk for an early valentines dinner. It was a very busy Saturday night and we arrived early enough to do the wine tasting. We did have to rush the tasting because we were informed 30 minutes wasn’t enough time, though the website recommended 30-45 minutes before your reservation to start the tasting. Regardless, it was fun. We were seated immediately after the tasting in a pretty noisy room (no one’s fault, but if you’re hard of hearing, good luck). Our server came by and did not introduce herself, ask if we had dined there before, what brought us in, etc. Instead asked what we would like to drink. I will restate, I am in the service industry, I am sure she was extremely busy. However, this is not a quick service establishment. Our server was kind though. We ordered appetizers and while they took a very long time to arrive, they were delicious. It took a while for our server to come back after we received the appetizers. We then ordered our entrees, and my boyfriend had a question about which wine paired with the entree he ordered (there are bin numbers next to each food item that I’m assuming correlate to a wine). Our server responded with a very blunt “I don’t know.” Didn’t offer to check, just simply said “I don’t know.” Another century passed and we received our entrees, and we were not impressed. I ordered the short ribs, and my boyfriend ordered the jambalaya. It wasn’t bad, but unfortunately the appetizers were leagues better. Sometime in the middle of this, my boyfriend decided to order a cocktail. He asked if there was strawberry in the drink that he ordered and, yet again, we received an “I don’t know.” While our server did come back multiple times, it took a very, very long time between each visit, though I have no idea how many tables she had outside of the room we were in. Overall, I’m not sure we’ll be back for a special occasion, but maybe if we’re in the area. The atmosphere is beautiful, though. That was a plus.

We were in the Orlando area and hubby chose this place for our celebratory dinner. It is a great place to go if you are into wine as it is a winery and the menu has pairing options. We only ordered food and it was okay. When the food was brought out, it didn’t seem to have been brought out straight away but had sat under a heat lamp for a good moment. The bonus is that they have a gluten-free menu. The steak was great per my son and the pistachio crusted grouper was really good per my daughter in law.
Appetizers: house made meatballs
gnocchi with roasted butternut squash
2- prime churrasco grilled steak (1 from gluten-free menu)
pistachio-crusted grouper

Enjoyed our meal at Cooper’s Hawk. The Bleu Prime Skirt Steak Salad was really good — crunchy, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. Ellie’s Chicken Piccata was light and flavorful, and the lemon butter caper sauce was the highlight, pairing nicely with the capellini pasta. The lobster bisque was a bit on the salty side, and the bread & butter served with the meal didn’t quite compare to what you’d expect from other steakhouses. Overall, a nice dining experience with some standout dishes.

Reservation is needed. Dress casual. I went to the one on international Drive Fl. Menu has variety of options to choose from. I had the salmon which was ok. I had a blueberry sparkling wine with my food. Absolutely delicious wine. You can taste wine but didn’t know to do it before I was seated. When done with the dinner they were closed. Would go there again so I can do some wine tasting. Good portion , the crispy calamari with sweet chili was great. I was giving a treat for my birthday.

This is a mixed review. Went there for magical dining / a friend has a membership there. Informed waitress of a raw tomato allergy I had from beginning. (Cooked is fine , raw is bad ) . Wife ordered the meatballs as an app. They’re were great and had great taste. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup which for some odd reason came out twice and looked different presentation twice . Wife also ordered the short rib croquettes which were tasty but not your average composed croquettes. Where dinner derailed is that I ordered the pretzel encrusted pork tenderloin and it came out with raw tomato in the sauce under the shrimp but wasn’t able to see the brunoise cut sized tomatoes until two had already been consumed. Informed waitress and she apologized for it all and at that point I just took the pork piece and some mashed potatoes onto small plate since they did not contact the tomato. During this whole ordeal did the manager stop by to check and see what was going on. I do have to give credit to the server as she made sure it was corrected , but you could tell that they were understaffed and spread thin. After I had finished my mini meal of pork and potatos did the other half of the dish come out , and it was barely above room temperature so I declined it.
Management if you’re reading this. You need to work on food safety / allergies IE ServeSafe standards in there , need to work on your expo people and for getting the right dishes out , and hire more staff.

I am a member and I was extremely disappointed with my dinner on 11/30. Our waiter was inattentive, ignored our request for sparkling water and Coke Zero for my husband, we were brought flat water. I asked again for the drinks we ordered and I it took him 30 minutes to bring. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. I order the same appetizer, dinner and gluten free bread every time I go for dinner. This time even though I informed him of my allergies he choose to bring me the meal the way it comes without the modifications. Not only could I not eat it when my husband took a bite it was a soggy mess. I always order a double side of the roasted vegetables, it was mainly all purple onions and the onions were raw. Normally this is my favorite thing and the flavor is unsurpassed, but not this visit. I had wine samples on my account and I asked to try the two new wines, the response was oh you won’t be ordering a glass and then I got a huff. No I don’t order wine that I haven’t yet tried and I absolutely would have ordered a glass once I tried but he never asked me if I wanted a glass post the tasting. As a long time club member I was confused and frustrated by the inability to use my bottle credits to get both a sweet and red anniversary bottle. Apparently there is a new rule about this. I inevitably always have guest who want sweet wine but new rules so we must have a different membership and this was not announced to members. I have canceled my membership and won’t be returning.

Visiting Orlando and decided to eat here since it was close to the hotel. They do close at 9 but we walked in at 8. We sat in the bar area since the wait was over an hour. The service in the bar area was high top tables and some low tables with bar seating too. Only the high top tables were open. We sat down with no problem. The server took about 10 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. The servers attitude was a little sour but nothing bad. After we ordered we were told bread would come to the table. That took about 20 minutes. Our food finally came out about 30 minutes later. The server explained there were two large parties that the kitchen was trying to serve as well. Overall, the experience was okay, nothing stellar. The food was good and enjoyable. The bar area was loud and crowded. The service was okay too. We’ve been here before and will come back but hopefully the wait times for food will improve regardless of larger parties.

We enjoyed an evening starting with the wine tasting. All options were very flavorful. This was a Thursday night so I was surprised to see a crowd but everything seemed to run very smoothly. We were offered a dinner reservation time while we were participating in the wine tasting which was great. Our waitress was outstanding! Her name is Judy and she was excellent. We were actually not originally seated in her section but since we ended up moving to a slightly larger table we were placed in her area. She was very familiar with the menu, she made sure we had everything we needed, she made great recommendations, she took great care of us and when we return in the future we would ask for her. The food was great! The shrimp appetizer was delicious. We enjoyed a few different dishes from the churrasco, salmon and fresh tuna. All were made perfectly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
