My son is a student at JSU and we were going to the opening baseball game today. I was coming in from out of town, and we planned on meeting here for wings before the game. We stood at the window for probably 10 minutes while a worker mopped the floor and just looked at us!!! He never even came to the window, just ignored us. A 1st impression is critical and ours was a failure. I will not be coming back for a second try.

Good food but DEFINITELY not fast!!! It has gotten a LOT more expensive than it used to be before the rebuild after the fire! Best to call it in with plenty of time BEFORE you arrive or be prepared for an uncomfortably long wait!!! Cash is king here unless you want to pay an extra fee or higher price for using a card of any kind. They also offer delivery through their own drivers or with DoorDash.

We are from out of town and our son attends JSU. Finally stopped by to see what the chatter was all about. Came by on a Thursday night after coming to see my son in The Marching Southerners performing their 2025 production! I think there were 4 guys working and 3 came to me repeatedly and asked me if I was ready to order — made sure I understood that they cook to order and wings take 20ish minutes. I was waiting on my family. They came out and wiped down a table for us. We ordered and MY OH MY!!! The Romano Ranch wings are AMAZING!!! The guys kept coming back to the window to make sure we had all that we needed.
Wish they offered fountain drinks with refills and wish the tables were newer and didn’t have baked-on stains and oxidation from the beating on them for years.
Will definitely be back!!!

Went to coop Deville after football game to pick up my to go order (6 piece wings plus other food). The black guy at the window was very nice and told us to pull around and wait. Got my food, went home and ate. I ate a few wings which wasn’t fried hard like I asked but it was still okay. One of the wings I picked up had a long string of hair attached to it. So you mean to tell me my chicken been sauced and tossed around with some hair on it. Disgusting. I called and I don’t know who the rude guy was that answered but he said he will only replace the two wings that the hair was attached to and I shouldn’t have eaten the other wings if I was going to want a whole replacement. Ummm sir who in their right mind would knowingly eat food with someone’s hair in it. You fool. Then going to say there is no one who work there with blonde or light colored hair. I went through the drive-thru and I could see clearly what you are denying. What you going to do is refund me because I did not order a 6 piece wing with a side of long stringy hair. Since you hung up on me I thought I’d reach you here.

When I called to place an order the girl asked me for my phone number and then she called me by my name and proceeded to take my order. She told me it would be an hour wait and I said ok that it fine. I ended up getting off of work 30 minutes late and so that gave them an extra 30 minutes to have the chicken ready. When we got there he said they couldn’t find the order and they never had an order like that. Even after confirming that I called this Jacksonville store they still couldn’t find it. Then we had to wait 15 more minutes for some chicken. Then he charged me for fries when I did not want fries I wanted chips. This was awful.

I ordered 24 wings off the website menue, and the total is 10$ more than stated. Noone can explain why, and now charging extra to pay with a card, as much as I loved this place, my heart broken ass won’t ever be back. I’ll jusy go to struts or jeffersons.

We love getting wings from Coop DeVille – our usual order is traditional split regular lemon pepper and hot lemon pepper with ranch. They also have some killer Cajun ranch bacon cheese fries. We always call our order in ahead of time and usually don’t ever have to wait for more than 10 minutes when we go to pick it up. Hope to continue eating here for a good long time
