I’m not sure what it is, but there’s something about the pizza’s from Cool Water that are delicious. Maybe it’s the cheese they use, but I just can’t have enough. Also, the bar has gotten much cleaner since they’ve stopped allowing smoking inside.

When in town or best friends take us to their favorite spot. It’s small but cozy and a definite locals hang out. Food is DELICIOUS!!!!! wait time is slow. Gotta go get your own drinks pretty much all the time, but the food and prices make up for it. Kind of a country/biker vibe. Sloppy fries and steak sandwich were outstanding!

People who work here were very nice, the place has a nice cozy feel to it … We had previously ordered here and the food was good …..however we Ordered 2 dozen wings to go last week and they were so incredibly salty that we couldn’t eat them.. Felt like I threw $70 (price of wings plus tip) in the garbage .. unfortunately we wont order again. Can’t afford to take the risk of throwing away more money.

I found this country saloon years ago while working in the area and have been back numerous times! Great selection of draught beers and great food specials! My wife is now a frequent guest and loves it too! Great place to watch the Steelers!

The amount and quality of food makes up for any lack of drive-up appeal. Parking. Somewhat limited selection of scotch. Very much a saloon. The bartender is friendly and competent. Pretty typical setup. I’d stop in again.

My fiancé and i stopped at the cool water after our engagement party, I noticed my wallet was missing the next morning, a couple that are regulars at this bar reached out to me on facebook that they found my wallet, as well as Andrea (bartender), nothing was missing from my wallet, cash cards, ect. I even offered to give the couple money for reaching out to me, and they would not accept it.I am forever greatful that there are good people in this world, this bar has the most trustworthy employees and regulars. Great regional country road stop…spent several Saturdays both pre and post IUP football games over the last few years, dining and sampling beverages…..if you’re hungry and thirsty on Route 56 between Apollo and Indiana, don’t pass it up, the regular crew are great folk making for a nice experience….
