We have ordered a few teas today at Cool Tea Bar. The service is fast. The taste of the drinks is of mixed quality. like their milk tea. But fruit teas are just okay.

This is our go to bubble tea shop when we’re in little Saigon. It’s got good tea, but the main reason is that it’s got good value. For the price, compared to other tea shops you get more value. Love that you can choose how sweet you want it. It’s fast. The grass jelly is good, as are the boba and pudding. We like the Oolong and grass jelly roasted milk tea.

Great place for a boba drink. Plenty of variety to choose from and toppings to add. They do not have Thai tea so you will need to go elsewhere for that drink. Many other ones to choose from for your liking.
The staff are very friendly and can help out selecting a drink perfected to your taste.

Cool Tea Bar used to be my favorite place to come for milk tea but over the years service and quality has fallen by the wayside. Today I came in for a quick #1 Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. Took almost an hour. At first I didn’t mind waiting because my kid was playing with the games until I realized it was half an hour later and I still didn’t have my drink. No notice was given to any of the 15 other waiting customers. The staff here have zero customer service. They gave no explanation as to why drinks were taking so long and didn’t apologize either. The years of declining service and the rise of many newer places that actually want my business, I’m sorry to say this will be my last visit here. Good luck to you if this is how you now operate.

I absolutely love this place, I went in with a completely different drink in mind but was so happy they have fruit teas and refreshing beverages that I changed my mind on my milk tea. Not even that but the guy that helped me was very friendly and chill. It’s a good place for their price. I’ve tasted many that are way worse so I’m definitely not complaining. Great service everyone, keep it up 🙂

The amount of tea that you receive is amazing. You do get your money’s worth with the large. However there the quality of the drink did suffer due to the amount. The milk was quite overpowering. Both of our drinks, which were different drinks, tasted extremely similar with only a hint of the flavors we ordered.

literally the most chill and inexpensive boba place ever. it would probably do better with food, but I’m not complaining, I just want the place to prosper cause it’s so awesome. plus it has wifi and is open til late at night so i could study. never had a bad experience here in all the four years I’ve been coming here.

The drinks here are pretty decent. Nothing from the taste of the drinks really scream out to me. However, what really sets this place apart is the insane portion sizes! The drinks are around $3.50 or so for a small and $4.00 for a large. The large size is definitely the one to get, though. For only $0.50, you’ll be getting something like 50% more volume. Why the hell not! Luckily, despite the size of the drinks, they will still fit in your cars cup holders, as these aren’t those weird fat and short cups but are instead taller. The place isn’t usually packed so grabbing a quick drink to go is really easy. If you’re in the area and are craving some boba, this place will keep you satisfied for days, literally.

I go there a lot and the tea is great. I like how they make the cups big and has a lot of tea in it. The bathroom is pretty clean and not stinky. The staff there looks friendly and kind and the milk tea there is class. Would recommend going there when your near the area.
