The restaurant inside is pretty nice. We ordered a one-pound “prime cut” medium-rare steak with a side of green beans and salad through an online to-go order.
Let me just say this steak was unacceptable.
There was almost ZERO sear on the outside. A steak from a STEAKHOUSE should have a dark, crusty sear from a screaming-hot grill. This looked like it was barely kissed by heat or thrown in a low-temperature oven and forgotten. The fat cap was still white and rubbery, which means it was never cooked hot enough to render. The inside color was uneven and dull, not the juicy bright pink you expect from a proper medium rare.
For a FIFTY DOLLAR “prime cut,” this is embarrassing. Truly. If your kitchen cannot properly cook a steak, you should not be charging steakhouse prices. This was supposed to be a treat and instead it was a huge disappointment. Extremely frustrating and not worth the money.

Improved experience under new management!
“We were a bit nervous after seeing some older reviews, but the ‘New Sheriff in Town’ sign gave us hope. We were greeted warmly, and our waitress was fantastic—attentive with refills and kept us updated throughout the night.
The highlights were definitely the rolls and beans—absolutely delicious! The soup and salad were standard, and the Prime Rib for two was decent (though be aware it’s one large portion to share, and we had to ask for a second plate). The boys enjoyed their burgers.
The kitchen was quite slow with the main courses and dessert (we actually had to take dessert to go), but the service made the wait bearable. Don’t let the old negative reviews scare you off—it’s worth a visit and we’ll definitely be back!”

Ok so this place is ultra cute, but has old reno vibes…which i kinda liked. The staff were friendly and they were excited that we were new customers. However, we got the Steakhouse salad and a tri tip sandwich and were not enthused. The salad was ENORMOUS! I could have shared either at least 3 other people and really wasnt all that great, too much of everything. The tip was lacking in sauce and moisture.
I don’t have to say the beans thry offer as the starter were delicious. I’d come here just for those!!!!

Out to Cool Hand Pukes…. what a disaster that was. The Artichoke Appetizer was cold and not even cooked all the way, and out of temperature when it arrived an hour later after ordering. The beans in some random black pot were cold and out of temperature. Funny thing is that the beans were brought out before the Appetizer…. like what am I supposed to do with a cold pot of beans… the main entrée came out after an hour and a half of course it was cold and not even remotely edible. What is wrong with this place anymore? Not recommended and will not be back ever! Oh, as not to leave a review on a negative note. I do recommend the tap water; it was good.

Wow, food was great! Service was awful. Pretty pricey! Ordered the ribeye to take home and I think I got someone else’s order. Nice atmosphere. Just spent more time there than I wanted.

I was excited to try this place as the prime rim came highly recommended. The decor was charming but the light level was a little low for steakhouse dining. I looked over the menu fully intending to get the prime rib. I must say it was a little underwhelmed by the available side dishes. I ordered the prime rib with a side of steak fries and beans. The prime rib was good but nothing I would sing praises about and there was way too much pepper in the beans. When I asked my friend who recommended this establishment they said the prime rib used to be a lot better. I guess I must have tried it too late. All in all it was good but not great.

Looks great but horrible service, prices were way to high for greasy food and frozen chicken warmed in a microwave. Both of us weren’t even able to finish our plates it tasted so processed. The bowl that the beans came out in was so dirty we gagged. Do Not Eat Here!

My husband and I went last night for our anniversary and it was amazing. The ribs that my husband got fell right off the bone! The food is amazing, and the service from Jose was above and beyond. We couldn’t be more blessed with our first time there, definitely planning to go back in the near future. 10/10

I was hesitant to come here based on other comments. It’s a nice restaurant. Service was better than average, but not outstanding. The food was good. I ordered the crispy mushrooms based on previous reviews. I ordered the steak and bake, for $12.99 it’s a good deal and it tasty. Dinners come with rolls, butter, and campfire beans. The beans were good. My only complaint is that most of the meals here are approaching the $30 price point.
