Cool Beans has been serving NE Ohio since 2001 and we are so much more than just a coffee house! We also offer fresh salads, wraps, paninis, subs, soups and Whitey’s Famous Chili. We can create (almost) our entire menu to be Gluten Free and have cookies, muffins, soups and more for our GF guests!

I’m obsessed. I have celiac disease and not only do they have delicious gluten free bread, they have an area to prepare food for people who have celiac. They make sure to ask me every single time I order something that needs gluten free bread if I have celiac. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. Their staff is ALWAYS extremely friendly and helpful. I love my Cool Beans stops! Thank you Cool Beans! I’m a forever fan!

I just went through the drive through to get a cup of coffee. At first I was overwhelmed with the menu. There were a lot of choices to pick from. I asked if I could get just a plain black coffee and Ash, the staff member, was very polite and said sure! The coffee was served hot and it is very good. The best thing for a medium cup was the price of 3 bucks. I was expecting to pay more. I will be back to try one of their chicken wraps or other food offerings.

Oh, Cool Beans. This place should come with a “Highly Addictive” warning label. I casually stopped in one morning for a coffee and now you’re are in my hand at least 3-4 times a week. My husband thinks I may be addicted after finding out I’m a regular here. (A big thanks to the barista who spilled the beans. ) Luckily, I don’t care because the heart wants what the heart wants. It’s possible an intervention is in the works. Thankfully the coffee is strong because my will to stop coming here is even weaker. 10/10 will spiral again. Thanks to the amazing wonderful baristas always taking care of me at the Brunswick location. You all truly make my morning! (Seriously though, the best part of waking up is cool beans in my cup!! ..*I know you sang it )

The service was so amazing. The girl at the window explained in detail the options we had since it was our first trip. Trendy and tasty food options. Had a wrap and was very good and portion size was perfect. Alot of cold and hot coffee options. As well as bubble teas! Highly recommend!

I’ve always loved the Medina location. I used to stop for toasted marshmallow lattes after school, and I’ll never forget how Laura supported my high school business program. She sponsored us, let us use her coffee machines, and even gave us cooler space on busy weekends. Her generosity with time, money, and resources made a huge impact.
I’ve visited the Brunswick location twice through Too Good To Go recently. Variety can be a surprise with the app, but both visits were excellent. The first time I received four different soups, and the mushroom and Brie was especially amazing. The staff even included crackers and spoons. The second time was just as good, with more variety and the same friendly service. I’m so glad to have another location closer to home.

Mostly a great experience when I visit. My favorite item is their chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread they seem to get the food part right every time, a couple times my drink order was a little messed up. Forgot add ins or syrups or straws. I think once staff gets a little more familiar with the menu themselves things will be more seamless. It’s always a friendly team working when I pick up my order. Still 9/10 Their rewards program is also very good! Another for that!

I am a bit obsessed with the Matcha lemonade with popping bubbles! It is so good! I’ve ordered it multiple times recently and it’s always delicious! My partner and I love ordering from here for lunch. The Westfield chicken wrap and chicken bacon ranch wraps are our go-tos. Always delicious!

My coffee is always stirred right… Cool Beans is the absolute best . They also have gluten free options that are always handled with care. We have never had a problem with cross contamination. The staff is impeccably trained and always serve every customer with a smile. We Cool Beans.
