Our “unofficial” smoker celebrity. This couple has so many hours of smoke time under their belts. Their smoked brisket stands alone. Love that they give options of which part of the slab you prefer. For those who haven’t smoked or cut a slab, there are more drier thick pieces, medium and fatty portions. If you want the full effect, ask for a mix of meat. Then you get the full flavor and texture. Sandwich has a healthy portion of meat.
The owners are so down to earth and love our community. They take time to cut up with customers and for amateur smokers like myself, they offer to assist with honest feedback and tips. You can tell that they are really passionate about what they have been doing for decades.
Def get ya come bbq here. Worth the time to stop. You will come back.

I highly recommend the Brisket, Jambalaya, pulled pork and ribs. It’s all phenomenal. They have an impressive mobile pit that I will be looking for at future food truck events!!

Me and the wife stopped by this afternoon and this is definitely one of the best BBQ joints I have ever been to. I got a pound of brisket and some jambalaya and it was awesome. The wife got some chicken and a couple sides and she loved it as well. Totally worth the stop. I will definitely be back. Seriously, some of the best brisket I have ever had. I like mine a little on the lean side and it was so juicy.

After multiple times passing Keith’s Cool Beans food truck, I finally decided to pull in with my brother and give it a try…boy was that a great decision! The brisket was smoked to perfection, the short ribs were the furthest from short on flavor and the Mac n cheese was Mac daddy! Our only complaint was they were fresh outta pulled pork, so get there before 5pm and get you some! I sure will next time, cuz believe me there’s gonna be a next time…and a next…and a next…and a next! Thanks, Keith and Tanya! Smoke on!! ✌

Stopped in today and had lunch. I had brisket and wife had pulled pork sandwich. Everything was fresh, delicious,moist and tender. Sat at the picnic table with out 2 dogs and had a nice talk with Tanya and Keith. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

I dont like giving bad reviews to small business at all because im a big supporter of small businesses. I would like to say its more of a critique so they can improve their product. I had the brisket and cole slaw. The brisket was very chewy and if it was smoked longer im sure it would be a lot tender. It was also lacking in flavor, not much dry rub/seasoning. The cole slaw was okay, but was too creamy for me, i guess some people may like a very creamy cole slaw, i usually like a light dressing. Maybe it was an off day because i see the good reviews thats why i decided to check it out. But i most likely may not come back. They seemed very nice though.

I stopped by today on my way through here for work. The food was great and serviced from the Owner was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend coming back and trying the pulled chicken and brisket.
