Ordered 2 plain hotdogs, 2 chili dogs with ketchup and 2 chili dogs with mustard and onions. Along with 3 fries. The guy taking the order never wrote down the order. That was the root cause of the problem. Got home and found it wrong. I had 2 plain hotdogs dogs and 4 chili dogs with mustard and onions. Tried to call and their phone is disconnected. Probably got too many calls about incorrect orders. Was the guy too lazy to get the orders or too arrogant to believe he can’t recall orders. Food is good but service is atrocious.

They only open from 10:30 to 2:00. 3 and 1/2 hours. I showed up at 1:45 and they already locked the door.. 10 potential customers drove off around the same time I was there and they came a little after 2:00. These hours are driving his customers away literally

My grandkids love this place! It’s just a simple drive through hotdog stand, but the hot dogs are fresh and hot. It’s inexpensive and has a limited amount of other items on the menu. A great snack for hungry kids!

Typically, Cook’s Hotdogs is really good and can not complain but the last 2 times have not been good. Got chili dog combos and had almost no chili on the hot dogs. The most recent time out order was wrong after giving it to the person at the window over 6 times. Gave the whole order multiple times, then stopped and tried to give her the order one by one, and it was still wrong. Did not have all of the order and had to get food from somewhere else after getting home to feed part of the family. Not sure what is going on as it is usually better.
