My kids love it!
It’s a small business that works hard to make cookies and ice cream and community atmosphere. It may or may not be for everyone (reading other reviews) and that is ok!
I still give 5 stars since my kids love it. They love the variety cookie flavors, and wild ice cream mixes, not to mention Wednesday Shake day! My son hopes to beat the cookie/ice cream challenge one day. hahaha
For me, the cookies are loaded with sugar. (I am waiting for a keto cookie! They have a gluten free one.) and some ice cream flavors are just not my thing, but I do love a few options – I cannot remember their names. One has caramel sea salt.
So check it out! I know cookies during the FL cold snaps can be comfort food! Then the ice cream (and cookies) are great in FL heat or anytime!

Went here while visiting my son and daughter in law. I must say the place has its own vibe. The cookies were delicious, the ice cream was delicious. Even better when it’s made into an ice cream sandwich!! The ice cream all have awesome names. Everyone was friendly. I got the Flock of Seagulls~a bourbon caramel with pecans ice cream made into a sandwich with funfetti cookies.

Absolutely love this place. I live about an hour and a half away from Jax and I visit relatively often. It’s an ABSOLUTE MUST to stop here every single time I come. So cozy, so delicious, so much fun.
Great little outdoor spot to hang with the pup. They have vegan options which is a must for my girlfriend. And most importantly, incredible delicious treats.
It may seem strange that it’s just a little place behind a gas station, but I cannot recommend it enough.
Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Stopped by today during the rain with my wife and 2 year old. They were so kind to us. They gave my 2 year old free ice cream as we asked 5,000 questions and changed the order multiple times. Wish we lived at the beach so we could support them more. Cookies were delicious, ice cream was great. 10/10 experience, thank you!

Such friendly people and great tasting icecream and cookies! It was a little hard to find and honestly, I hesitated since its kind of in the back of a gas station (on the side) but Im glad we found this place. We came up from Melbourne this weekend and the kids loved the vibes outside. We walked in and the ladies were so nice. They explained the ordering process to us, got my 3 year old daughter the unicorn icecream and cookie and she was in heaven. My 11 year old said “this place is not a 10” (he’s generally negative when it comes to new places), then he turns to me and says, “its a 15!!!!!”. He loved his too, I think it was vanilla bean and cookies or something. I had Cookies and Cream in a Chocolate Chip cookie sandwich. It was delicious and my only complaint is that we wouldn’t be in town long enough to try more flavors! My grandparents owned a restaurant in PA for more than 60 years so I know the struggles of a mom n’ pop place and I’m so happy we found you. We’ll be back next time we’re are in the Jax area. Thanks for the great flavors and kindness toward my family.

The owner was incredibly nice and hospitable, and even their helper made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place that serves up pure homemade deliciousness with a side of genuine hospitality, this is it!

Cookies and Creme Jax Beach was such a great experience. I was greeted right away with a big smile and a quick explanation of how everything worked, along with a little backstory on the shop. My boyfriend was waiting outside with our dog, and they invited him in—and even offered her a free pup cup. The customer service was honestly some of the best we’ve had.
The shop is run by a husband and wife team—she makes the cookies, and he makes the ice cream—all from scratch. You can really taste the difference. We got the Def Leopard (salted caramel with toffee bits), the Flints-tones (strawberry with Fruity Pebbles), plus a Butterfinger cookie and a brookie. Everything was delicious.
We’re from South Carolina, but this place has definitely been added to our list of reasons to come back. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend enough! Not only are the sweets so delicious, but the owners are SO friendly! We enjoyed nearly one of each of the warm cookies and homemade ice cream. Definitely worth a stop at Jacksonville Beach!!

Stopped after a beach day and it was the perfect spot. Everything is hand made and they were the kindest people. Clearly love what they do and love kids. Our son wanted a “big boy cup” and they hooked him up.
