The cookie was OK but way too greasy. I felt really bad after eating it, and that usually doesn’t happen to me. I would not return. They also didn’t have any Keto although I preordered it. It’s also a little pricey and the packaging is kind of bizarre

At least Yall got yall cookies in decent packaging, for $15 I got mine in a literal zip lock freezer bag, walked out feeling like I did a drug deal. Really thick cookies basically sugar bricks that taste like they were dipped in oil and baking soda also a really weird mechanical after taste. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Dude behind the counter has the motivation of Stan from The office and i gave it 2 stars only because the wall art looks cool.

The cookies have an awful plastic taste, are insanely greasy, and RAW. I could see chunks of white grease on the bottom. Gave me a stomachache and they didn’t give me the kind I ordered. Absolutely gross. Wasted $10 on two inedible cookies. I live across the street so I wanted to love it, but it’s just bad.

When I tell you they need to go back in the kitchen. I would have been better off going to the store to by Nestlé Cookie dough. Horrible, bad packaging and service was mid at best. These had to be the worst cookies I have ever had, including the burnt ones!! Don’t waste your money!!!

I had to cut it half. I expected that. But it was completely raw in the inside. I tried calling back right away. No answer and couldn’t leave a message. I have one disappointed kid and out like $5. A special treat/ moment was a letdown.

Ordered on DoorDash last night. First of all, the cookies came in a ziplock bag. Second, I didn’t get the cookies that I ordered, and third they taste like they were sitting out all day and kind of tasted like soap. Extremely disappointed, I will never be ordering again.

Cookie was not done in the middle! I was really excited to try cookie plug here, as i tried in in puerto rico on vacation and it was great. This cookie in ferndale was cooked on the outside, and completely a gooey mess on the inside.
