Reviews
The burgers tasted like they just came off the grill, the fries were hot and crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the milkshake was actual fruit blended up, wonderfully fresh.
Will definitely come again, 10/10
The double burger tray, cheddar style with fries and bacon wrap was really good and the price was definitely on point!
I went through the drive-thru and ordered only one thing for myself: an Oreo Reese’s shake. There were other shakes on the order for my family and a friend (cheesecake shakes and a chocolate Snickers shake), but my personal order was just the Oreo Reese’s.
Right away, the order was messed up.
• My Oreo Reese’s shake was made with Snickers instead of Reese’s.
• The chocolate Snickers shake that I paid for was given out as plain chocolate with no Snickers.
We explained this at the window, and the employee said they’d fix it. Somehow, after trying to correct it, my shake was still wrong. I was given an Oreo Snickers shake again, even after clearly explaining that I specifically ordered Oreo Reese’s.
I didn’t realize it until we were almost home. After a long day at work, all I wanted was a shake, and instead I ended up with something I couldn’t even drink. I was genuinely upset and had to drive all the way back to the store.
When I went inside, I was told that my correct shake had been misplaced. Instead of remaking it, they handed me that same shake that had been sitting out by the window. By the time I got back to my car and tasted it, it was completely melted, watered down, and all the Reese’s were settled at the bottom.
So after:
• multiple order mistakes
• being given the wrong shake twice
• driving back to the store
• and waiting even longer
I still ended up with a melted, unremade shake.
This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care in fixing it properly made the experience worse. I paid for a fresh shake and didn’t get one.
For $10 with tax I got a double with cheese, hushpuppies, a corn dog and a shake. Everything was good and I left full. What else do you want?
