Generally ok experience, but they are incredibly stingy when it comes to portions/sauces. Asked for sauce and got none (for my nuggets not pictured), and there is barely any cheese on my ‘cheese’ fries. If I wanted this I would’ve just microwaved a slice of off brand Kraft on some heated up fries at home. Just disappointed, money is tight during these times and I would like to receive what I am paying for when I splurge on a treat. I don’t mean to come off rude but come on…

I’m usually not the one to complain about UT Martin Cookout. Always the best place to eat after a night out. However, I still stop getting their milkshakes. The past 2-3 recent milkshakes I have gotten it has just been too much chocolate chips. I understand that I got Cheesecake Chocolate Chip, but, it had little to no cheesecake flavor at all, and all I taste is like foamy chocolate chips. Again, no hate to cookout. I’ll keep coming to get a tray almost every week, but I’m done with their shakes.

Very frustrating experience. We waited over 25 minutes for our food while another order came out in about 5 minutes. There were also no high chairs available, which makes it difficult for families with small kids. Not a pleasant visit. Order 4027.

It’s good food but if you order onion rings, you will get a handful. Not an adult handful either. It’s literally every single time. Last time I ordered 2 orders of onion rings but it was still the traditional “small handful”. So buy 2 get 1 tiny order. So.. Today I literally received 3 onion rings as an order. Ridiculous. At least the other times i received 4 or 5 maybe. I will have to start going thru my bag and ensuring I receive my money’s worth apparently. Good food but Ridiculously stingy with onion rings. That is literally $1 each lol
Update.. my house style cheeseburger is plain. Great lunch lol. Won’t be back without sitting in the drive-thru snd verifying EVERYTHING. I recommend everyone do the same.

Waiters waitresses act a bit lackadaisical in their approach to work. The locals come in and let their babies Ron wild while you are trying to enjoy your meal. And they also Park in the disabled parking spaces when they are not disabled.

No cars in the drive thru pull to the speaker and she was in such a rush didn’t get a whole order then made us pull around again to order again and almost forgot my milkshake and then she was rushing trying to get us out of the drive thru we left with out two drinks I’m very disappointed the lady was very rude and wasn’t nice she acted like she’s didn’t want to be there! I won’t be back again it’s ridiculous when you have to be nice the whole time and there being rube and rushing you and we already all knew what we wants it was 3 people on the car

This was the first time I had eaten there. I went with my niece. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and hushpuppies with a coke. I really liked the cheeseburger flavor. You get a good-sized order of fries. And 6 hushpuppies. Fries and hushpuppies were hot. All of that was less than 10 dollars. It’s hard to beat that. They were having trouble with the drink machine, but the lady who took my order was happy to get my drink at the drive-thru window. I had a very positive experience. ☺️ Give them a try!!!
