The girl taking our order was friendly and answered all of our questions. She was quick at taking our order and getting our order to us. One of the milkshakes was wrong and they were apologetic and quick to make it right. This was our first time trying cook out and the food was yummy, hot, fresh and cheap. Wish we had some cook outs up north!

I got a tray with a double burger, fries, and a walking taco at 2 in the morning over on Winchester. The burger was overcooked/ dry. The bun was old and burnt. The fries were cold and hard and not edible. The food sucked!!!!

Second time here to give another try after months and food isn’t all that great at this location. Fries are good when fresh. My burger meat texture was a bit off and pink in the center and the bread was old. Keep crumbling with every bite I took. So that destroyed my experience. I’m very particular about the bread for my burger and this was just gross!

Baby let me tell you something this is the best Cookout hands down. Every time I come my food is fresh and I get the same thing. Cheeseburger add bacon, cajun fries, and cheese bites. The young lady looks to be about 19 20, she is so nice and has wonderful customer service. I never hear attitude from them and they all look young. I love this location and I will continue to come back again and again. Oh and that bacon on the burger is not thin and non existent like Wendy’s and other places. They give you a good amount and you will definitely get full for $10.. Dixie queen could nevaaaa!!!!

Tonight we received the worst service and the cashier argue with my son when he said the order was wrong. The manager said nothing just standing there looking while the cashier talked the way she did and food was over cooked food taste burnt dry with no taste you don’t like your job then you need to quit it’s some decent people that want to work. Cookout is HOT MESS place to get anything food. Corporate will hear about this early in the morning!!!!!!!!
