First time today 2/28/26 in Millington. Burgers were AMAZING!! Taste like old days perfect Burgers. Fresh full of flavor. I Regret waiting so long to try.

Melting styrofoam because of dropping too hot of hush puppies in container. I didn’t notice till after I was eating them. This stuff probably causes cancer. I know burning styrofoam is poisonous not sure of melting / and ingesting. But I will be looking into this.
Update: added photo- years later they are still selling cookout trays with melted styrofoam in it. Regret my decision to try again.

Straight trash. Can’t believe the entitled attitude incompetent people they hire at this place. Feel like my food is in danger with the way that I’m talked to. With the amount of times my order is always messed up and the oder if it is made right is absolutely atrocious. A chicken quesadilla is suppose to have cheese and chicken right? You won’t be getting anything but straight up talked to like a dog with attitude from start to finish.

Congrats. Cook Out in Millington, TN has succeeded in achieving the all time worst hamburger in my 61 years. Even though one of the smallest buns you will find, the “Quarter Pound” patty barely covered half the bun. The patty was easily cooked an hour longer than required based on hardness. At least the lettuce, tomato and onion were of good quality. I would rate 0 stars but the lowest option was 1 star.

If I could have gave zero stars I would have. First off the order taker A’Lijah is rude, didn’t ring up my order order correct. Added bacon to my childs burger got charged for the bacon to not even be on there. Both kids got nuggets one got 2 and one got 3 in my other tray I got onion rings which literally has 3 in there the cheese bites are burnt. To spend $30 to not get my order correct and then to be handed my food without a thank you, or anything is absolutely ridiculous. If your going to work customer service you need to be friendly or if you hate your job that bad you need to quit. I will not be going back. Do better

Last night all of the staff was out back by their cars messing around, they rushed inside when I pulled up. I asked for a burger with grilled onions and cheese. They literally gave me an old burger with a huge chunk of raw onion and old fries then rushed back outside to goof off before I even got out the drivthru. Weren’t even willing to work a couple minutes to wait for my onions to cook. If we’re ignoring the old burger and fries too. Literally McDonald’s doesn’t do me that dirty.

We went 12/14/24 @ 9:30 and got two milkshakes for our grandparents and the girl in the drive through was so nasty and rude. The last person who should be the face of your establishment and really has no business working in customer service with such a distasteful attitude and a negative aura about themselves. Will not come back simply because of that. Get better workers
