The Jr. Burger tray doesn’t even come with a full patty?! How cheap are you? At least put it on a slider bun. What a ridiculous thing to cheap out on. Went to manager and was told this is how it comes. Cook out that hard up on money that yall got to split up patties? Unacceptable!

This place needs better staff! Food was average, staff couldn’t handle a busy lunch crowd. Had to keep asking them for items left off our order, we all ate while the last order was still missing. Multiple customers all standing around the checkout, trying to get their orders corrected. Cashier wanted to be anywhere else but at work. It was freezing (wearing hoodies when it’s 90 degrees outside) in the dining room. Probably won’t go back.

I’ve never had any issues with the food, but I rarely ever get sauces when I ask for them in the drive thru, and I get attitude when I stay at the window to ask for them again. If you do the drive thru, make sure you have your own sauces because they’re not going to give them to you.

This location started out great when it was new and has gone downhill in the last few months. Rude employees and incorrect orders every time we’ve gone in the last two months. We used to go weekly but it isn’t worth the drive from Lenoir City for us anymore. I hope this is a temporary staffing situation and not a long term issue for this location.

Food was decent but they had low staff. It took a LONG time for our dine in food and shakes were even longer. We had to remind the guy twice what our shakes were flavored and stand by the cash register to get service.

Friendly staff. The manager came up to ring customers up to move the line. The food was great, and the milkshake was amazing. Not a lot of seating and the interior of the restaurant has no atmosphere at all. It’s very plain for a franchise but I’m not worried about that.
