I’m surprised that people can be this incompetent. The past few times, the service has been lacking, but my most recent visit made me never want to go back. When I got my tray, there were holes burnt through it because the food still had hot grease on it. It should’ve never been handed out the window. This not only made the food inedible, but unsafe to eat. When we brought this to the attention of the “manager” his response was “What do you want me to do about it?” in a very condescending tone. He demanded we return the food before issuing a refund (probably just put the fries and hush puppies back in the thing) before issuing the refund. Not once was an apology even offered.

When I went inside they told me the lobby was closed so therefore I had to go back and sit it that long drive-thru line but yet the let one of the friends in and let him behind the counter they have a bunch of young kids over there working we’re late in the evening. Don’t care and they take care of their buddies and you had two of them in there walking around in here just hair flopping around everywhere no hat no visor no hair net I called and left my name and phone on the corporate phone number and it has been 3 days trying to speak to the manager Dimitri and they were busy and then the girl at the window asked me well can you put on up because you’re holding up the drive-thru oh but they don’t care to hold up the drive-thru and they want to talk to one of their friends because three cars ahead of me they sit there and talk to their friends after handing them the food

I love the junior tray, especially along with the hush puppies. But the drive through wait can be quite long. Also, lock your car doors and keep windows rolled up, especially at night. A homeless person came up out of the nowhere and started pounding on my window requesting money. And I’ve seen this happen on other occasions in their parking lot.

I found my fries low and one had a bite taken out of it i’m never eating with this place again. And again I payed 9 dollars for one fry. I wanted Cajun fries they gave me regular these kids need to be fired if they can’t do their job. I would like a refund.

I waited around 45 mins for my order, the employees were more attentive to their friends in the parking lot then my order. On top of that the lady did not give a receipt and charged me 17$ for 2 junior cookout trays. When I told her she did not offer to do anything and said it’s cause I got a special style hot dog which I did not order nor want. They also only gave me one of my sides but at this point I just wanted to get home. Unless your alright with paying for an order you didn’t order and waiting half an hour plus I wouldn’t recommend.

Great food very quick on getting food orders out to customers but staff wasn’t the friendliest the drinks was out of CO2 and when I had told them and ask if they could get me a drink from behind the counter I was told to hold on which is fine but literally took them almost 20 min just to refill the CO2.

They said I wouldn’t spend more than 7 or 8 dollars but for a fry, burger and drink it came to 13$. Cajun fries with regular fries with Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top, WAY TOO MUCH SEASONING!!!
