The food’s kind of good but when you get the big trays they still give you almost nothing for Assad if you order onion rings or cheese bites Not really happy what I paid $8 for when I could have just paid a dollar or 2 more to get complete full sides With twice as much food. The trays are supposed to be a deal to where you’re supposed to be able to get more for less if you get it in a meal together apparently not here.

A couple years ago I had a bad experience With this cookout and I haven’t been back. Tonight I thought I would give it a try again. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through and when I got to the drive-through, the guy asked how long I’ve been waiting and I told him and he said well that’s great. I then proceeded with my order I ordered two plain cheese quesadillas and cheese fries when I got home, I realized they had given me two beef quesadillas. I will never be back. Staff was very rude and order was unaccurate to the point of it being uneditable

The food is decent, but the cashiers don’t know enough about the menu to answer questions. Also, I was so excited for the shakes but my peach shake tasted like a vanilla shake with a hint of peach. You should definitely UP the flavor of the shakes and make it outstanding instead of BLAH.

I wish I could give zero stars. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt but whoever was working drive thru Tuesday night around 1am needs to take a serious anger management class. I was greeted as normal and asked what they can get for me. I give them my order. After saying my order, I was greeted once again. No problem, they must not have heard me. I say my order for the second time, and right when I’m done “what can I get you?” At this point I figured something was wrong with the mic system or they were playing a joke on me. I asked if they could hear me because I gave them my order twice already and the worker began VERY aggressively telling me that he had “put me on hold” and that I needed to “lose my attitude”… I’m still unsure if it was all a big joke or not, I was so bewildered that I became speechless. I had no attitude. Nobody ever asked me to wait. I was only trying to order my food after being greeted 3 times, if anything I was TOO calm for the way the drive thru person spoke to me. They asked if I still wanted to place an order and I declined in fear of my food being spit in, because if a worker will speak to someone that way who knows what else they would do. I understand this is merely a fast food joint and that people are allowed to have bad days, but that employee needs to find another job where they don’t interact with the public.

Good burgers. Clearly fresh, and taste like home grilled, not like frozen reheated junk most drive thrus use. The fries are…ok. They need an awning or something over the order area for drive through. Going through there when it’s raining and you’re guaranteed to get soaked.

Visited this restaurant for the first time today and I loved it! Service was great, sweet young woman at front cash register was so nice. She helped me choose what to order for my daughter and I, as it was my first time at CookOut! The restaurant was clean, all the way through to the restrooms. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thanks for a great experience!

Terrible service. They couldn’t get the order right. Read it back right, twice. Shorted us food. Food we did get was wrong. Argued that we ordered it. Was 3 burgers and a spicy chicken sandwich. Received regular chicken, 2 burgers fixed wrong and a water. $16
