Today I drove by Cookout to see if it was open with all the snow. I got stuck driving in and started to panick. After only a minute, two of the kindest employees came out and helped me move my car! I always enjoyed the food, but I’m definitely coming back to this one because the people!!

**Updated Review #3** This is comedy at this point. There is always something wrong with my order everytime i come here. Burger toppings are incorrect, i asked for no ranch on my wrap. The only thing right were my cajun fries and drink lol. it’s crazy this location has such a high rating. i have never been let down more from a fast food place. not even mcdonald’s is this bad.

This was our first time trying cook out and we were highly disappointed. After we ordered and the Guy was reading it back to us he said spicy chicken sandwiches. I stopped him at that time and said we didn’t want anything spicy. We just want it regular chicken sandwiches.He said ok and continued reading the order. When we got to the window I asked again “those Chicken sandwiches spicy right?” He responded by saying yeah they’re crispy. Completely disregarding what I was asking. We also ordered two burgers which tasted almost like they had been boiled in water. After we received our food, we pulled over in a nearby gas station just to check everything. The fries were cold, the chicken sandwiches were spicy and the burgers tasted terrible. We literally just tossed all the food in a gas station trash and ordered food from a food truck that was near by. This was a quick waste of $38. We will not be visiting cook out again.

I feel very out of place leaving a bad review considering all the recent 5 stars but I have to be honest, I just don’t know what happened? I ordered a quesadilla tray with cheese fries and hush puppies, I normally stop at my local cook out because I get off late but I didn’t want to wait and I knew they’d be open but I’m sticking to my local store. Started out with my fries cause I love cook out fries, the cheese sauce was disgusting, no other way to describe them other than rancid and I couldn’t get my mind off the taste, then when I moved on from those I noticed my hush puppies tasted different and upon a few more bites I realized it was the taste of old grease. Maybe this quesadilla will be alright, nope, nothing but unmelted cheese, and I was eating it fresh after i got it so can’t say I let it get cold. My food has never tasted like this from cook out, and I usually order the same thing.

Depends who is working there that day is how your service and food is going to go and the quantity or quality of it but on good days I highly recommend eating here I also recommend trying everything maybe not all at once but going again and again because everything is so good!

If you want a cooked burger, don’t come here. My burger was pink in the middle, fries were cold, and cheese bites were hard. I really should have asked for a full refund but I was already home by the time I noticed this uncooked food.

The food and shake quality have gotten worse since they first opened. I ordered a peach milkshake, and you could barely taste the peaches in it. Really bland-tasting.
