Employees are nice but oh my god. I ordered a burger tray. The burger patty only filled up 40% of the bun and was thinner than a #2 pencil. Not to mention I bit into it just to find they put THREE LAYERS OF ONION. I MAY AS WELL HAVE ORDERED A WHOLE ONION ON A LUKEWARM BUN. It’s just such a rare occurrence to eat something that genuinely ruins your day. This ruined mine. $10 isn’t a lot and I still want it back. I’d say Cookout has turned into the drive thru version of Waffle House, but that’s an insult to Waffle House. At least when you go to Waffle House you get what you actually ordered. I took a bite of this onion sandwich and expected someone to tap on my window with a camera to tell me I was getting pranked. Abhorrent. I would’ve rather gotten my $10 pickpocketed. 3 hours and 2 waters later and I still taste onion. Don’t know if this is a corporate or local problem and I don’t care. Eating here when you’re sober and the suns out is like eating out of a Walmart toilet.

The food at Cook Out is really good and the price is great. You get very large portions and it’s made fresh to order. The gal taking orders did her job well. The dining room was clean with no dirty tables that I could see. The bathroom was decent. It could have used a walk through but wasn’t gross.
Our did came out quickly and hot. This is the 2nd time we’ve stopped at a Cook Out and it impressed us both times.

I like their money that has pretty much everything minus seafood. You cam get a chicken sandwich, a quesadilla, and cheese curds, with a shake. Not the healthiest food but it was still good. Drive thru is crazy busy so we ate inside. Clean restaurant and restrooms.

Good burger. Good price for the size. Extremely helpful counter person helped us for our first time. When we ordered she assumed we want a ‘tray” which is their combo but we quickly got it right. Wife says the Cajun seasoning on the chicken is too salty so she only ate half of the sandwich. If I lived here I’d come back and try more options. Very good prices!

The old saying, “You get what you pay for” definitely rings true here. The “Big” double burger was tiny and burnt. You really could only taste the bun and burnt crisps which encompassed both very small patties. The quesadilla was also lacking any protein, barely any cheese or meat. The fries were mediocre at best. However the onion rings were actually pretty tasty, my wife ordered those and I believe it was the best item we both tried. She did say her chicken sandwich wasn’t any good, but since I didn’t try it myself I can’t give a valid review of that item. I was going to give a 2 star rating, but I went with 3 since the onion rings were solid and it was so cheap. I literally had a small double burger, a dinky quesadilla, so/so fries, and a large drink for right over 8 bucks total. Which really isn’t bad for today’s soaring prices. Like I said before, you definitely get what you pay for at the Cookout. Hope this review helps

Very clean and very new looking inside. Idk when it was established but it still looks quite brand new. The food was ok… The cheese curds didn’t have much cheese, which I’m sure isn’t their fault, but they forgot half my order… It was a large order and we should have checked before we left but I had to double take when the bag looked a little small but the guy at the counter swore it was all there. Other than that small snafu the two at the counter were super engaging and fun. Had I checked my bags they surely would have corrected the issue without any problems.

I left work and went to cookout before closing time. SAVANNAH was obviously having a bad night. I had to repeat myself twice to ensure she could hear me clearly. I placed an order for two bacon cheeseburger trays with specific condiments. However, she was already upset and had difficulty hearing me, so I requested that she confirm my order., she misread the order and i disputed the correction. When I arrived at the payment window, she demanded payment while the manager was present. I inquired about the manager about the appropriateness of her behavior, and he stated that he hadn’t heard the exchange of words but would discuss it with her. Given that the entire store was aware of my order, I found his response inadequate. Moreover, the entire order was incorrect upon my arrival home, resulting in significant disappointment and a decision not to return.

Good fast food. Staff is wonderfully sweet and helpful. Seating clean and open, with music that is not too loud. Great place to go if you have a huge appetite. Something for everyone.
