Ok let’s start by saying it was a rough afternoon. UPS returns was down, the restaurant we wanted to try was closed and was another 30 minute drive to a UPS return. Ok I told my wife its all good.
We ended up at the Cook Out restaurant.
The restaurant is always kept clean.
The restrooms were clean.
The was perfect along with great customer service.
The Gal that took our order had amazing customer service.
I had the privilege meeting Kolby who was the manager. Now I see where the great customer service comes from.

Visited this place last weekend with some friends, and overall it was a decent experience. The menu had a good variety of options, and I ended up trying their grilled chicken sandwich which was cooked well and seasoned nicely. The service was friendly, though it took a little longer than expected to get our food. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, a nice spot to hang out without feeling rushed. Prices seemed fair for the portion sizes. Would probably come back if I’m in the area again, mainly for the relaxed vibe and decent food.

Arrived at a super busy time. Service was excellent. Wish I’d gotten the name of lady rubbing the register. She deserves credit for handling a 20+ person line with ease. Food quality excellent. Good value for money. Would recommend.

I was quite disappointed this visit, I used to live closer to The Cook Out and their food was much better then and also came with basically getting my money worth food wise. This time I spent close to 40 dollars and the bag was very light to say the least. Opening the food boxes was bare and the food quality was not very good either.

Don’t know why, but every time I order from here they never put my food in right. when I ask for Cajun fries they come out plain because the cashier didnt add it. You have to literally scream at the drive thru to be heard. Cashiers always have a nasty attitude and gave me a hard time about when they give me the wrong thing or I’m missing an item even when I show my receipt and they see me look in my box. Very dismissive and aggressively disrespectful. Quesadillas and wraps are covered in burnt ash that makes them un edible. Even paid for extra cheese and it came it a mystery brown slug in it. Horrible service.

Will not be back unless its for a burger and maybe a shake. Fries always cold and hard. Always receive a cheese quesadilla which is super nasty when I wanted chicken and the jalepeno sauce on it.. If I order a chicken quesadilla I expect that not a cheese and tortilla(dry-barely any cheese). Certain employees are nice but the others are unprofessional and ignore your standing at the front cash register for 10-20 min just standing there waiting on food just to be cold and order be wrong. Its pretty affordable but not worth it unless you literally get the burger and shake. Ask for it fresh and you still get cold and hard. Employees just careless when it comes to the food. Need more training on customer service and how to prepare the food hot and fresh also gives you smaller portions like my husband got a walking taco and it wasnt even a whole bag of doritos, the workers ate some out the bag before serving and there was less than a spoon full of meat mainly just lettuce. Maybe this is why its so cheap you get what you pay for.

I went on a road trip across the South and was recommended I try Cook Out. How much did we like it? We liked it so much we ate there 4 times in 8 days. The food is unbelievable, the shakes are divine, and the prices seem to come from 2004 and not 2024. For this location, I had the Tray with a Cheddar style burger with onion rings and a chicken quesadilla, plus a side of cheese bites, along with a chocolate malt + Oreo shake. I don’t live anywhere near a Cook Out, but will be thinking about this place until I find my way back to one. Cook Out- PLEASE come to Texas.
