So the prices are way wrong based on the menu. Or either misleading. They charged me over half of ehat I thought I would pay based on their menu. And when I got the receipt it didnt have the prices by it. So I dont know why thats the case. The workers are super nice I have nothing against them aside from the menu prices need to be updated. Also honestly the burger was really bad, just not a good taste. Didn’t expect much honestly and it was surprisingly worse than what I thought. I wouldnt have mind the horrible food as much if it was cheap like I thought it would be. Expected to be 20 bucks and I was charged 30.

Came through on our way to Tuscaloosa. My girls are in love with Cook Out so we had to stop. First thing we notice when walking in is how clean the restaurant was. Was probably the cleanest one we been in across Alabama. Hospitality was good also. Great service and quick service. Highly recommend stopping by.

Delicious food and nice people. The bathroom is clean but there’s a horrible leak in the corner that needs addressing. There is 2 puddles of standing water by the ladies restroom.

The food was great. It was cooked fresh. Fries were super hot and crispy. Burger was perfect. Shake was thick and very chocolatey. Now for the bad. Soda was terrible. Tasted flat. The fries as one of the sides was only 5 fries! The hotdog was a bit over cooked and all shriveled up. And the hotdog bun was so old it was hard.

Large, superclean and cool though there is light and views in all directions. Food was hot and fairly fast. Cooked to order and real meat. My daughter declared she enjoyed it and felt as though men particularly would enjoy anything on the menu. Think game day , ball park, the family grill and childhood favs.

this cookout sucks. they cannot get an order right to save their lives. i went twice this week because their food is good but my order has been wrong both times. the first time i asked for no onions on a burger and it was smothered in them. the whole car smelt like onions. tonight i got a burger with just bacon and cheese and i open it up and its a piece of chicken on a bun with just bacon. how hard is it to put together a burger it’s ridiculous. i am so pissed off right now. the receipt clearly says burger tray. if you can’t make a burger don’t work in fast food. also had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes and there was only 4 cars in front of us.

for the price of the food it’s the best thing ever. I was totally shocked for my first time here. I wasn’t sure what I expected but this is definitely one of the best fast food places I’ve been too. it’s so affordable and filling.

I have severe food allergies that the manager said they could accommodate and I nearly had to use my EpiPen shortly after leaving.
Also in the woman’s bathroom there was a leak in the sink plumbing being caught in a bucket that had overfilled and created a large puddle on the floor that was quite slick. Me and my family told the staff about it so that no one would be injured. When we went back in about 45 minutes later before leaving, nothing in the bathroom had been touched.
