I love a sit down experience and table service. This is strictly drive thru and curbside/window service. With this known, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Staff were friendly. Food was excellent. Good size beef patties on regular burgers. Bacon was crispy and grilled onions and toppings were delicious and fresh. I got 4 onion rings and a small handful of cheese curds. I was happy to feel full but not stuffed. Hubby had the same burger with all the toppings and agreed with flavor and quality. I stole one of his fries- delish. Maybe it tastes better stolen but they were hot, fresh and crispy. Coleslaw was fresh and not too wet and not too sweet. We’ve recently been disappointed with the declining quality of Five Guys. Hubby agrees, we’ve discovered our new burger place. Better quality than all the cheap burger franchises but slightly smaller portions but worth the $20 we paid. I thought the value was definitely worth the price. There’s a lot of bad reviews on here but the constant double line drive thru was full and people lined up at the window says otherwise. We’re foodies but happy when we see value and quality. Then, I was happy to find out it’s privately owned. Good on you owners!!! Next we’ll try the other items on the menu but maybe not… we like our burgers

I want to start off with that I eat here pretty often and that I’ve never had this issue before. I just went through the drive through tonight there were maybe 2 cars in front of me. Not a busy night at all compared to what I’ve seen before at this location. When I get home I see that out of the two meals I ordered, one of my meals only had 6 cheese curds. Maybe they decreased their portion but it just seemed pretty inconsistent considering i’ve gotten the same order before and never had this issue. I will not be coming back. I’ve attached pictures below and I hope that management fixes this issue before more people have this experience and get upset. Everything else about my order was fine I was just really let down to open the box and there be a smaller portion than what was expected.

Not that good! Very disappointed – really not worth the money sadly. We were looking forward to trying this place and had high hopes. 1st and probably last visit here. If we’d eaten inside I’d have taken it back, sadly. I got the “Big” Double (cheese, bacon, grilled onions) tray and my wife had the Jr burger tray. The burgers are small, too small for the price considering the average quality too. Nothing “big” about the double burger, which had roughly about the same amount of meat as single at Wendy’s or Whataburger (in my opinion). It tasted like the chemical charcoal that some of the chain burger places add, and the cheese tasted like the cheap plastic cheese too. The bacon was good and was a decent amount for the small sized burger. The fries were a good size and the toppings again had the low quality plastic cheese along with the other chosen topping. My wife thought her chilli cheese fries were pretty decent and said her burger was not bad, but it was smaller than expected even for a Jr burger.

Super friendly staff, extremely fast food service, and and is an absolute STEAL for the price! The value here is unmatched. Yes the portions are smaller, but you get variety and fresh food with a drink for $7 or $8!! My son and I could barely finish our food, we couldn’t even touch our milkshakes lmao!
My only complaint is no seating!!!! There is a large concrete pad in the waiting are, why dont they just install big awning and put out some picnic tables?? Atmosphere would be 5/5 if they just provided basic seating!!
Overall amazing value and delicious food. I would have to eat here 15 times to try everything that sounded good to me.

First of all the rumor of this being like in and out burger. Isnt true… Cookout has their own identity. Their hamburgers are real good. Their milkshakes Are off the hook.. their 7.99 deal is the best deal going. And if you get a milkshake it cost you a $1.50 more. Well worth it

Fantastic, happy, prompt service, and absolutely delicious food! Extensive menu with a fun variety of choices! And the best part is the prices! You get your money’s worth and it is definitely enough and positively delightful. I love the simplicity of the food and it being carryout only. We keep going back with so many different options to try. I’ve tried the burgers, bbq grilled chicken, beef quesadilla, crinkle fries, cheese bites, peach cobbler milkshake, and more. Very fun to grab and go!

So you pay for what you get I guess. Cheap and relatively fast despite the volume. Food was hot and fresh but honestly the burgers were so charred and smokey that it was all I tasted. Onion rings are probably the worst of the big fast food chains and the fries were decent. I’ll be willing to try it again when they’re less busy or even some of the other items on the menu.

Very confusing system to order. There was no entry door so went to window. Observed several people walking around working on orders. After a few minutes of being ignored I tried drive through. There were two lanes. I went to an open lane made an order sign said to go to second window. We’ll I tried but was told I was blocking another vehicle. Returned to the first window. This time someone took my order. I spoke with the manager. I explained my frustration calmly. He agreed instructions could be better and they receive many complaints. Got our order and drove home. Asked my grandson how the burger was
was. He said it was like the burger you get at a pee-wee football game but worse.

I have had better gas stations food and I mean the food you have to microwave. 0 out of 10 do not recommen. The food is cheap and it shows . In the picture I posted I took a small bite out of it . This sad and I would never serve this and be proud of it.
