Drove from jacksonville to this location this past Saturday night because they are building one in jacksonville soon.
I was shocked at the prices, felt like I was in 2012. Only $25 for 7 different items between me and my wife . The food was made fairly quick but was hot and cooked through. The milkshakes were amazing and the Cajun fries were a good touch instead of standard .
The bathrooms were clean an the parking lot was also
Cashiers were nice especially with a large group of people that arrived . Clean on the inside just a little quiet and bland when it comes to decor.
But as a whole im excited for this chain to come to Jax especially the affordable prices and large amounts of food.

Hubby and I finally got to try this place. Their tray combinations provide pretty cheap meals! For $7.99, you get a main item, 2 sides and a drink. Hubby got a regular hamburger with cheese and lettuce. His two sides were onion rings and white cheddar cheese bites. He upgraded his drink to a chocolate shaeke for $1.50. I got a regular hamburger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. My two sides were a chicken quesadilla and a taco. The taco was interesting as it was served in a Dorito snack bag. I upgraded to a strawberry shake. Everything was very tasty. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures but we will definitely be back!

We always have such a great experience at this Cook Out. The staff is always so friendly, the food is fast and tastes great, and (since it is usually our stop while traveling) the bathroom is always clean. We get a good bit of food at a very reasonable price. I personally don’t care for hushpuppies, but they are delicious at Cook Out. I think it is their sweetness that makes them so good.
It is so nice to go into an establishment where the people are friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their job.
This will continue to be one of our regular stops while traveling.

They can’t get your order right when you tell them what you want. They struggle to comprehend and understand basic communication. The front server messed up my order when she rang me up which led to me being given the wrong sandwich and the wrong sides for both of the trays that I got. Apparently Cajun seasoning means no seasoning too. When I noticed the mistake and told the front server she started to fuss with me over the food. I didn’t eat any of the food before exchanging it. Honestly I should have just asked for my money back and went to Wendy’s next door.

My boyfriend used to loved cookout but this time it just disappointed us, first thing the cashier was being rude, like as if She was irritated by my presence, like was not her business deal with costumers, I show her the message my boyfriend sent to me, telling me what He wants me to get and you can see she put whatever in the order, now, after this I asked her for a burger tray with fries and cheese bites and she put all cheese bites, as you can see there is not fries in the receive, also when they give my order they didn’t packet my order, they kinda throw away on the counter, they also have like a mess in there, ALSO I was trying to get my sweet tea and it was in a little pitcher which I ask the cashier if I should get it from that pitcher and she ignores me, and then I asked for the sauces and she told me to go behind the counter and get what I want, it’s not that they were busy, it was more like they were lazy. And honestly of course I didn’t expect a experience like this cause I was coming back from a long trip and I didn’t expect have this rude experience with the employees in there then I had to continue traveling 2 hours more, I just wanted to eat something, but if you’re reading this DON’T waste your time, your money and even your patience with this people. To finish this, that tea taste like plastic and water, chemical or something weird, and thanks that the girl ignore that was not sweet tea, the burgers came like they out the bread on oil, the cheese bites and Hush Pups were burned and honestly I throw away the food and didn’t take pictures of all, imagine how disappointed I feel.

We love this cookout! We are from out of town and have stopped here a few times as we do not have a Cook Out where we live. The staff are always very friendly and I enjoy talking with them. The food always comes out hot and yummy. The prices are great for the value you get.

This was my first time trying Cook Out. Stopped here on the way home from Myrtle Beach. I tried the double cheeseburger with fries, nuggets, and a drink. The price wasn’t bad, considering the amount of food you get. It was filling and the young lady working at the register was helpful and professional.
