I only didn’t rate atmosphere because you couldn’t go in and sit down. That aside , the food was good. Wasn’t great , but it was good. It was also inexpensive which makes it better. Cookout has a great value per dollar that I feel can’t be matched anywhere else.

I have visited a few times lately and this Cook Out is better than many in our area.
Faster service than others. I also didn’t get blasted by a cloud of pot smoke out of the drive thru window like I have at other Cook Outs in Warner Robins, Macon, and McDonough. Huge plus!
Most of my food was cooked right, only one burger was burnt on the edges, something a lot of Cook Out locations have been having trouble with for a while now. All the sides have been cooked better than average too. At other locations they leave the cheese bites in the grease until they bust open and burn the cheese on the outside of the batter.
This place is better than many other Cook Outs in the area and is not far off from 5 stars!

My wife & I tried cookout burger for the first time tonite. Really delicious food. We tried burgers, fries, o rings, quesadilla, etc. I thought the fried okra and hush puppies were both delicious. What a treat. Very fair prices. Employees were kind & polite. We’ll be back. Shocked this place gets 3.9 stars. It’s outstanding.

The people working here don’t care whether you get the correct food or not because by the time you check it you’re already gone. This has happened several times and finally we started eating it in the car because we got sick of getting stuck with something we didn’t order. Tonight we received a burger with a half inch thick solid slice of an onion and about a quarter of a cup of mayonnaise on it. We went back to the window and showed them the receipt and the burger. No apology no nothing. Lazy manager standing there flapping her gums with employees. After ten minutes of waiting in the rain for the burger someone comes up from the kitchen and asks what was missing. Yep they hadn’t even started to fix the issue. There was one car in the drive thru and nobody else at the window. Garbage restaurant run by a garbage manager.

My wife was the only customer at the walk-up window this afternoon. She ordered a burger, a chicken sandwich and two orders of onion rings. Time to pay and she notices the receipt says she ordered fried okra. So she calls the cashier’s attention to that, the cashier spins around and makes the correction to the cooking staff and tells her everything’s all good as she gives her the bag. My wife brings it home and guess what? No onion rings, only crinkle fries and unseasoned fried okra. And that’s a great reminder why we have not visited a fast food restaurant in years. Thanks Cook Out for the refresher, you and your staff SUCpK!!!!

We were visiting family from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. My husband went to pick up food from Cookout. Logan was his cashier. He was rude and acted like he had better things to do than take our order. It was August 5th at 9:52pm. He gave us the food and walked off. Once we got back to the hotel and opened it up, it was completely wrong. We didn’t get anything from our order. We were given 2 orders of chicken tenders. That was annoying. But we could have dealt with it if we had been given any sauce of any kind. So we just had a whole bunch of dry tenders. Maybe if the employee cared more about his job and the customer, people would receive the correct food and what they paid for.
This is the second time I’ve been to this location and both times the cashiers have been extremely rude. Not going back. I do not recommend this cookout.

I don’t care for fast food but I wanted some french fries. Well I ordered a large Cajun fry just under $3 and the pics is what I received and that’s not 1 whole potato. Then the seasoning was just thrown on top. I just ate one and of course they are frozen fries. I guess fresh means fresh out the bag into another bag so I can make my bag. The only reason for the 2 stars is the order taker was pleasant
P.s. please stop using scriptures on your bags when you should be paying attention to a just weight and thou shalt not steal.
