The food at cookout is always on point (hence the lack of photos). Had family in town who had never experienced cookout, so we went to this location. We were hoping to eat inside, but they only had the drive- thru available, so we went that route. Never a disappointment, and as always, their milkshakes were excellent. The family was very pleased with their meal.

Staff was sooooo rude from the moment we pulled up. My 2 chicken quesadillas combined had less chicken than a single nugget. I usually love the food and tolerate the experience but today was a SUPER fail from the staff. And whyyy do the women refuse to wear hairnets?! There was one young man with great manners (and a hairnet over his locs) but the young ladies at the windows with no hair coverings were so incredibly rude that I couldn’t believe they haven’t been fired already.

First time trying Cook Out since we’re new to the area and it was pretty good. We got all the kids off to dine in but they were only open at the druve thru. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options but I love the variety. I will say that when ordering the trays you get a lot of food so next time I’ll definitely get 2 trays instead of 3 for my three toddlers. The peach cobbler shake was amazing and the food was great as well. Pictures are screenshots from a video so excuse the quality.

The food good depending on which crew is on shift. But best right before the lunch crowd comes in. Never been inside because it’s not open . So if your order is wrong you have to drive back through the drive-thru. Which when it’s busy sucks. I order the same items for my family once every week , and each time they forget my husband’s cheese bites every time smh.

I come only for milkshakes. I got a peach milkshake hoping it will be better than Chikfila. I was wrong. As I sipped on the way home I realize I was just drinking vanilla ice cream. I got home and open my cup and there was only 1 slice and half of a peaches! I literally had to dump it in my vitamix to blend it for that peach flavor. You guys need to invest in blenders or train your cooks on how to make a milkshake.

A really underrated spot. Service is courteous and fast. The food is really good but be forewarned that the milkshakes are thick to a point that they have to be eaten with a spoon which is okay with me… Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
