Stopped in for a quick dinner. If you’ve been to Cook Out then you know what to expect food wise. Average food but the amount you get and the price makes it convenient. This location had a friendly cashier, however once we sat down the rest of the kitchen were cussing, fighting, and yelling during our entire meal. Very unprofessional.

The manager and staff were very attentive and friendly. Cook Out is one of few restaurants open after 12:00 a.m. that allows patrons to dine in. Pleasant atmosphere to eat without any fear of unwanted people. Great job staff and crew .

The clerk or should I say server set my phone on the counter never called the number and went back, I noticed the food on the counter an ax wasn’t my number. And was told yes. The hot dogs taste as if there was boiled in water. No personality at all the drink station needed service and so much more

Fries were extremely SALTY and soggy with no crunch, burger bun was soggy also. That walking taco meat is cold and salty. A milkshake is best thing going here as far as taste.

Another great Cook Out location. Quick service, great disposition from the staff, and the food was hot and tasty. The milkshakes were well mixed and tasted amazing. Will be back again for sure.

It was my first time and the concept is cool, I think the food needs a little umph…. How is the single burger bigger than the (Big double burger)….. My milkshake had big chunks of banana at the bottom of the cup. Me and my wife’s sandwich had a whole cut slice of onion on each could’ve been split between 5 burgers.

My daughter went to the cookout in Atlanta this evening, and she ordered my food. My food consisted of a blt, and cheddar bites, the cheddar bites should have been put in the garbage. The cheddar bites were over fried and m cold and did not have any cheese in them. And for an order of chatters for $3.99. Normally, I would’ve gotten more than 6 of them. I put them in the garbage where they should have been. I certainly hope that when people want to come to your establishment. They will see my post and think twice.

Opened the quesa after eating the top portion filled with cheese only to discover they skimmed on the beef! Explains why it tasted like bread and a thin layer of cold melted cheese. So not worth the money. Chicken wrap was a hard fried 3 inch nugget on lettuce. Do yourself a favor and go to KFC and Taco Bell instead. Waste of money at the Riverdale location.
