Drive thru seemed kind of slow. Didn’t look like I got a double order of the cheese bites, but at least it was hot. And the shake was thick and tasty.

Best cookout I’ve been to. Was so spacious, clean and inviting. The staff were great and super personable and friendly. The burger was so good and the quality wasn’t like a processed burger. So delicious! Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.

Regular customer at this location. Night crew cook better than day crew in my opinion. Some of the best prices around. I can get a whole tray of food for the price of 1 taco bell quesadilla (it’s next door). Drive thru usually packed but I feel like it moves fast enough. Service about the same as any other fast food place. I like the variety in the menu.

Well, I am…what’s the word ✨ disappointed ✨ I recently moved to Snellville and I have been looking at the area for food. I came across here. I have been meaning to try it and surprisingly my brother came with cookout. He brought home a burger and 3 chicken tenders. Now if I was playing Guess the Price and this food came up on the show and I had to guess the price I would be dead wrong. The total for JUST a burger and JUST 3 chicken tenders came to $10. A little pricey for just 2 items I must say. My brother ate the burger he described it as a burger he would have at a school cafeteria. I had the chicken tenders. They were very bland…it was lacking flavor I must say and Gordon Ramsay would have probably agreed. Not only were they bland they were extremely hard. It was as if I took the rocks outside and decided to eat them for a midnight snack. In all honesty, the food is giving school cafeteria so I guess if you want the high school nostalgia come here. Not really worth it in my experience I would rather save the money and my taste buds to another place.

What’s going on with cookout? Also I could have sworn there was a fountain area in this restaurant before. Prices have gone up, and portion sizes have gotten tiny (who serves only 3 hash puppies and thinks “yeah, that’s a great dish :)”). Come on, y’all.

Wowzers! Wait was 20 min+ for the drive through. Which normally is fine because the food is fresh & hot. This time fries & okra soggy. Hot dogs were burned & crispy chicken wrap was burned also. We trashed the entire order. Took one photo in the car before dumping the entire order.

Food came out quick and hot even though it was busy (and that’s cause it’s made the order!) Awesome and clean. Even you haven’t tried Cookout you must! Their 4.99 cookout tray is so affordable for the food you get and the options are so flexible. They play Christian music and have cute outdoor decor. Also they have a handwashing station near the door for before you eat.

The food is priced extremely well for a family. The burger are good and you can really taste the char-grill flavor on the burgers. Your food is given to you piping hot. They also have a large slection for combo meal sides and shake flavors.

Don’t knock on the window after you’ve stood outside for 15 minutes….they’ll mess with your food. And oh yea they closed the dining room 10 minutes before it’s supposed to be. Came home took 3 bites of my burger and felt extremley sick out of nowhere and the bun was SOAKING WET it was gross don’t know what they did to my food but i feel horrible.
