It’s cook out in the hood. Food is alright they totally short you on the side portions compared to other cook out locations and you shouldn’t let your guard down standing in the lot. 3 star cookout. Not the best not the worst.

Im not the one to complain about small thing but i was not happy with my cheese burger. The seasoning was great the meat was small and the bottom was burnt to hard so I pulled it off. First time eating at Cookout just had to share.

I love the hush puppies here. I always get the big tray. They messed up on my order so I had to go back to get it fix. The lil girl @ the window wasn’t friendly @ all it’s like she had an attitude and yes it was a long line but if you know cookout they always has a long line on the weekend.

The absolute worst I ordered 2 chicken tenders treys one plate had NO TENDERS. I go back to tell them the bring me out tenders and my old sides back so now I have cold sides with hot tenders staff is horrible she told me line was too long for my refund I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Service was slow, the food was mediocre and cold, and the manager cussed out a customer and snatched his receipt out of his hand when the customer asked for a refund for food that he had been waiting for over 45 minutes. Not to mention, the manager did this in front his the customer’s child and the rest of the restaurant. I waited for 45 minutes for food that was given to another customer, and passed to me when the customer walked away and returned, realizing it wasn’t his. I had to ASK for it to be remade. This place is in dire need of more staffing and more training starting with managers on down to the rest of the team. I do not recommend.

Late night food at its finest! The burgers taste like they came right out your mom’s kitchen and touched the grill on the way out! We were visiting and I wanted to eat there daily! It’s amazing and so many options and varieties to make sure you’re full! Definitely a must try!

Please use caution when coming to the store . Every time I come here I am disrespected by a black female for what reason idk . Today is my last day patronizing this cookout . I ordered a drink and a chicken bacon ranch wrap . Went I walked in I wasn’t greeted and wasn’t given a receipt and waited 20 mins for a drink and a wrap . I got on the highway opened the wrap and seen it only had bacon in it . I came back and asked for a refund because it wasn’t what I asked for and my service was poor . I wait in line patiently for the manager to disrespect me because she wants to go back and forth about rather chicken bacon wraps are on the menu or not . Rather it is or not your cashier neglected to inform me that and it is on the menu because I have been ordering it all week . Just Beware everyone female here has a very bad attitude and nasty disposition about they self and one day they are going to come across the wrong person .
