So… I don’t know if they just thought I would not look at my food, but two plates were ordered and in one of them I had the chicken quesadilla side. When I left the restaurant to eat at a nearby location, I opened my quesadilla, and this is what I found: CHEEEESE and barely any chicken.

It’s cookout, if you been to any other locations you know it’s just a good late night snack location with fire creamery’s. They also have seasonal items on the shake menu and Cheerwine!! This location is always clean and they give good service and hot fresh dishes!! Highly recommend this location over others I have visited!!

My grilled chicken sandwich was tough and hard to chew! French fries and onion rings were delicious. I was very tired getting off of work heading down 20e and decided to stop at cookout. I’ve always been a big fan of cookout back when they started in the Carolinas.? So I stopped there as I said I was tired got my food jumped on the road get down to Conyers and realized the lady did not give me a lick of change back. Yes, I went back and got my $12. I called headquarters first so I wouldn’t have any problems upon entering the location. So make sure they give you the change y’all they holding on to it!

My food was fresh, it was fast and I came around 10:30 pm on 9/21. The young lady that took my order was professional and quick. Thank you Cook Out Team for the fresh food and friendly service.

After walking into the restaurant I was lead not to order a meal even though my sister did. The restaurant is filthy- from behind the counters , tables and restrooms. Yes there was hiring signage in the entry door but surely the available team could have planned for someone to sanitize. Less than 10 customers came through including drive through while we were in dining area. Fries tasted as if cooked in burnt oil.

Went here at 1:40am, or there about.
Few cars in the drive through.
Line moved fairly quickly.
Order LOOKED correct.
Got home to a huge disappointment.
Wife ordered a cheese burger with a double order of cheese bites, and a coke.
Received cheese burger with Cajun fries and chicken nuggets. The fries had a huge spot of Cajun seasoning, about a third were inedible.
At least the coke was right.
I ordered a regular pork Barbecue sandwich with onion rings and Cajun fries.
I can’t eat cheese, so I try to order things that won’t have it.
Received…a cheeseburger that was burnt black on the underside….onion rings and Cajun fries.
Which also had all the seasoning in one spot.
But..my mama didn’t raise a wimp, I ate all the fries.
The dog ate the cheeseburger.
This is totally unacceptable.
I work in restaurants, every order is important.
Even the ones that come in late, and you want to go home.
This is the last time I will ever come to this location, maybe not even other locations.

First time here and the service is horrible. While I’m ordering, the women over the speaking is yelling in a horrible tone because I told her can she please repeat what she said, remind you it’s raining hard and thundering so I can barely hear. I don’t like how rude she was. Then on top of that, after all that yelling, she didn’t get my order right and it only came with three nuggets not four. Imagine what will corporate would say smh. I definitely wouldn’t recommend no one coming here.
