By far the worst cookout experience I’ve ever had. I asked specifically for a milkshake after it took 10 minutes to order two cookout trays. The milkshake that I got is a glorified concrete, kind of like a sonic concrete. I knew better than to order a milkshake because this happened last time therefore I’ve asked very nicely to have the milkshake blended a little bit more than usual. When I received it, I discovered it is just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of chocolate syrup mixed with what it looks like a plastic spoon. There was clearly no effort put into it to the point where I’m pretty sure it would be better use as a projectile then as a food. Everyone that works there aside from a good amount of people on the night shift seem to have some sort of attitude and trouble taking orders. I hope that this establishment holds an educational class on how to read understand an input in order.

My daughter drove to Cookout for two grilled cheese sandwiches. She said the employee had a smirk on his face when he handed her the bag of food. When she got home she found two cheese sandwiches no melted cheese. Beaufort has the sorriest employees of any city that I have lived.

This was a nice change of pace for fast food. We don’t have a Cookout in Louisiana so we decided to try it out on our trip. It was pretty good. I was confused by the shape of the burger patties but everything was still good. The fries could have been a little more crispy but we had no complaints. The staff were very friendly and quick.

CHARLES, gave the BEST SERVICE! He was patient while I was trying to make a decision, and also offered a few suggestions. I felt like I was at a fine dining establishment, instead of at a drive through! I will definitely be back!

There was difficulty at the cash register resulting in an overchargeuntil I caught it and the manager corrected the problem.
Shakey’s pizza, they don’t skimp on the shrimp. At cookout, they skimp on the chicken in your quesadilla where I honestly thought I was delivered a cheese quesadilla instead of a chicken quesadilla. All staff was courteous, however, the cashier assured me I would get hot sauce on my pulled pork barbecue sandwich, and I tasted absolutely no hot sauce. This is a quality control issue.

Impressed by my first visit to the Beaufort location. Staff was friendly, and the food was good.
I had the regular burger Western style with fries. Fries weren’t quite like I like them, however they were hot. Got a Blueberry Cheesecake milkshake, it could have been a little colder and thicker. Overall not bad.

I went through the drive through. Only person in line at the time. The menu is confusing or maybe I am not that bright. Ordering was easy and the nice person in the speaker nicely explained the menu to me. Everything I ate was good. The fries could have been a little more “cooked” as they were a little on the soggy or floppy side but they were still good. The hush puppies were really good. It’s literally fast food cheap prices can’t ask for much. Workers were very nice.

I then heard her being rude to the customer behind us. This kind of tone and attitude is not meant for a customer service position and seriously needs to be evaluated

I understand that this food is cheap, but I still expect a higher quality eating experience. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a fast food joint. I asked for a chicken quesadilla tray with extra sauce in the quesadilla. What I received was quite the opposite. I’ll let the pictures explain the rest.

It not only met my expectations it exceeded it. One of the best hot dogs ever! If Jesus were to come back to this Earth no doubt he would go to Cook Out and grab a hot dog before doing anything else. Them wash those down witb cheese bites and hush puppies.
