Visited cookout last night and was served a pile of slop. I asked for the big double burger cheddar style it was the greasiest burger ever to where the bottom bun was see through.the bacon was one blink from
Being cooked. I also got a walking taco add jalapeños and again grease pulled all in the bag they also added 17 jalapeños to one mini taco. The food was awful and I felt someone could care less at what they threw out the window.

They have been slack and not putting foil in the trays for a while, but last night I realized how bad the okra messed up the tray, meaning I ate Styrofoam. Tried to contact corporate, but they said to call even though i could have followed up with this picture and prefer email communication. Never eating at another cookout again.

We always get fast Ave efficient service. The prices are good and the food is always hot.
At one point, I asked for extra onions, and the staff delivered hilariously. They put about half an onion on my burger lol. Tbh it wasn’t that bad. I’d recommend them if you’re in a rush or don’t have the patience for places that mess up orders regularly.

Went there at about 9 at night, first time going to this cookout in South Carolina the customer service was good the people there were very friendly and helpful for the fact that I really didn’t know the menu and because of that I happened to ask a lot of questions. The service was fast as it should be, being an fast food restaurant and all. Only problem is like any fast food restaurant you should make sure to ask for a specific amount of ice because they will easily give you more ice than drink if you do not. Also it seems like the amount of sides that they give you are kinda small in my opinion. Still would go back and try other things on the menu with the experience that I had the first time.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Not only did they provide us with completely cold and uncooked nuggets, but they got the order SO incredibly wrong it was embarrassing. COMPLETELY unacceptable. I could understand if they were wrapped around the building, but there’s been 4 cars since I pulled up in the parking lot. Next time I want quality food? I’ll just go to Waffle House next door.

Really nice place kind of like an old bellhop from like the 50s except you go up to get your food they don’t come out to give you your food in the car but it was pretty quick. It was extremely hot and it was done right all the manager I met the manager here, a really nice guy knew everything about the store and all the other stores in the area to very impressive. It was a good value for the money I didn’t like the milkshake. The milkshake was kind of like a soft serve with whole peaches in it, instead of chopped up peaches, but other than that it was hot I purchase it and drove probably like 5 miles and then ate it and it was still nice and hot fries were hot. It’s a good deal. The values there. I will definitely stop back again. Thanks guys. 00 the only thing I didn’t like was standing outside for my food. I would’ve much rather stood inside or have a canopy over that area because it was raining. I would’ve left and not ordered it. I wouldn’t stand out there in the rain for two for 5-
10 minutes.

Good food and service as usual. But I did order onion rings and then got a corn dog instead. Can’t really be upset, but it wasn’t what I ordered. The cherry on top was chipping my molar on the Honey Mustard Wrap. I would still go back. But I may not eat a wrap for a good while haha.

Food is always 10/10 and they get it right but after last night I almost don’t want to go anymore. Lady working the register last night was very rude and made us feel borderline unwanted. She was rude when taking our order, The second food was handed we went to ask for a spoon for our milkshake and napkins but the drive thru door was already shut…We waited for the lady to open it back up and when she finally did she rolled her eyes, we asked for the spoon and she had such an attitude. Gave us a snarky look when we left…Like im sorry a spoon was such a crazy ask???

I ordered a Cajun Ranch wrap with no lettuce and they made a mistake and they put lettuce on it . I went back and they corrected it , but they took the original one and just threw it away . Instead of saying hey we made a mistake go ahead and keep it they threw it away . We usually spend about 50 to 60 hours a week at cookout , but no more no never again will we ever go there I’m going to do my best to tell my friends and Neighbors also never to go there . They made a mistake you think they would have said hey you know go ahead and keep it and here’s a here’s another one especially since they’re just going to throw it away.
