Im upset with the price. If i pick a cookout tray with two cheeseburger quesadilla, a walking taco, cheese bites and a banana pudding shake then I would expect just that. The cashier rung me up for 1 quesadilla and charge me 3.99 for the shake but on the menu it says 1.60 upcharge. Either he needs to be retrained or cookout needs to update their menu. I also received a chicken quesdilla at that. Im frustrated with yall. Thats slack and yall need to hire competent employees.

Good food and service as usual. But I did order onion rings and then got a corn dog instead. Can’t really be upset, but it wasn’t what I ordered. The cherry on top was chipping my molar on the Honey Mustard Wrap. I would still go back. But I may not eat a wrap for a good while haha.

Long lines, couldn’t tell if if was the customers holding up the line or the workers not knowing what they’re doing. Got into the shorter lane but end up waiting longer than expected…..and this WAS AFTER sitting with other cars ahead of me, waiting in the first normal lane that was just “sitting there”…. couldn’t tell if driver was having problems with what he wanted or if workers wasn’t ready to take guy’s order so we moved to other lane to find out we still wasn’t going nowhere no time soon

They put one half sized chicken tender in all three of our chicken wraps so they looked like small burgers. Both of my chicken quesadillas had about a tablespoon of chicken in them each. Always fresh, always cooked right and quick service. The drive up window moves super fast and they’re always accommodating every request. I really love their prices and menu choices. There’s literally something for everyone! Check out their new locations. This one is on Butler Rd in Mauldin! Great customer service! Will definitely be frequenting this location. The tray prices are well worth every penny! They have the best milkshakes! But nothing like getting served up raw chicken. Got to do better cookout.

Sign clearly says use both lanes. We got in the right lane and sit for several mins before a guy says that lane is closed. No cones, no sign on menu. How are people supposed to know it’s closed??? Very inconsiderate.

Went through the drive through and the speaker didn’t recognize I was there so I pulled up to the window and the manager wouldn’t take my order. Wanted me to go back around and try it again when I had already been waiting. No thanks just went to chick-fila up the road. People wonder why chick-fila is always so busy. This happened at 1:30 pm on 7/3/23. Manager needs some training, cookout pays the bills by selling you food. They are hundreds of other places I can spend my money at

Love love love their shakes! So many flavors and every one of them is awesome. Since Sonic left Mauldin, this is our go-to for ice cream shakes. 2 Drive up window options are unusual so keep your eyes open as the traffic lanes criss-cross. Also has a walk up window option for service.
