Two days ago I Got the burger tray with hush puppies and onion rings. Burger was super good but it wasn’t supposed to have mustard. It was supposed to be Ketchup mayonnaise lettuce and pickles. But it did have mustard on it and it was still good the burger was really good I just don’t like mustard. I still recommend and I will be back. We eat there probably once a week. It’s one of my two boys favorite places. I do wish that y’all would take Apple Pay to the drive-through though. That does make it frustrating having to get out and come to your window. But I use Apple Pay for almost everything and will keep using the walk up window If that’s what I Gotta do. Because there is several things I eat off your menu because they’re good. I had two separate orders so on my boys their orders they seemed to be very pleased with. And the ones working were very friendly. So I do recommend this place but if you don’t want mustard make sure you check it because mustard is a pretty strong condiment and sometimes it will take over the overall taste.

Solidly run Cookout. Orders are consistently correct with the occasional oops. If you have eaten at a Cookout before, no surprises here, if not, this is a good one to check out. Also, the dining area is massive for a Cookout. It’s got a very cool rustic cabin feel to it. I’ve never seen another cookout like this one.

My daughter and I arrived at 10:55 for lunch and the side door was blocked by a large trash cart. We proceeded to enter through the other door. When we got to the register, the cashier explained that we would need to wait a minute for her to take the drive thru order. No problem. When she returned, I started to ask her a question about the menu when she interrupted and told me I wasn’t allowed to have a water bottle with me (I was holding my child’s water bottle). I explained that it was water and I was about to order two meals with drinks for the two of us. She cut me off again and said it doesn’t matter and that I had to take it outside. Due to her rudeness, I told her we would be eating elsewhere.

Save your time and money, they NEVER get the order correct. I don’t leave reviews but this is one of my first because of how bad this location is, all the employees at the window at night at least are incompetent and very rude. They got my order wrong 3 times, went home and IT WAS STILL WRONG and they put shredded cheese on one burger??? Spitefully made them horrid. Burgers looked run over, slimey and I wouldn’t doubt if they did something disgusting to them because they looked like it. AVOID THIS COOKOUT AT ALL COST, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

A little disappointed in my milkshake as they did not mix in the malt but once I mixed it at home it was fine. The food was awesome as usual. Even with a very long line around the building, the line moved quickly.

Grilled chicken Cheddar tray no bacon add lettuce… that was my order and this is what I received! Are you kidding me?! There is NO cheddar, a soggy bottom bun and a boat load of onions THROWN on this so called sandwich. This is disgusting!!! I will NEVER eat from here again and I will be reaching out to corporate since this is not the first time my order was not done correctly.

This is the absolute worse fast food restaurant in Greer. They get my order wrong EVERY single time so I’ve learned to check everything before I pull off. After I tell them it’s wrong, the staff gets extremely rude and gives me a even more wrong order. I haven’t left cookout with what I ordered in years. It’s ridiculous. Tonight finally pushed me to leave a review because I’m tired of everyone working the drive through being the rudest people I ever met.

There is this kid, young, handsome, full of life with an ogre face given a pretty mad look when asked for napkins, ketchup, and hot sauce. Tables were sticky and smelled trash cans full. The food was good as always.

Food is about average for Cookout. I would always prefer things to be fried recently, but that’s not always the case here. But I can’t hate too much because it always tastes good. Service can be slow, and lines are almost always long, but the workers are generally nice.
