Very Very rude guy at the drive through just now. He didn’t give us two of our walking tacos, over charged us, and gave us very few cheese bites that are completely squished which is weird because nothing was on top of them.

I find the cookout to be a great place to get fast food that’s a little different than other places. You get the tray and a couple of sides like onion rings and a chicken wrap for the same price. They are usually fast here and the food quality is what you expect at this price.

I don’t even know where to start with this place anymore. The quality has gone completely downhill. The burgers stay burnt to a crisp, literally tasting like gasoline or whatever chemical they use to flame-broil the meat. The chicken strips? Hard, dry, and rubbery, like they were cooked days ago and reheated over and over.
The chicken quesadillas are a joke. The cheese is never melted, they constantly forget the quesadilla sauce, and half the time they forget the chicken too. How do you forget the main ingredient?
The fries are overcooked, hard, and stale every single visit. And good luck ordering anything correctly—the employees rush you through the drive-thru like you’re bothering them, and you end up yelling your order three or four times. By the time they finally get it, I don’t even want the food anymore.
I work hard for my money, and late at night this is one of the only places open—so unfortunately I’ve been stuck choosing between this slop or going to bed hungry. Lately? I’ve just been going to bed hungry.
This entire location feels like an undertrained teenage free-for-all, and it shows. When you call to speak to someone, the woman who answers the phone clearly doesn’t care at all about the complaints—you can tell by her attitude. Nothing has changed in over a year, so calling is honestly a waste of time.
The saddest part? This place used to have a line wrapped out into the street every single night. Now I can pull in at noon or midnight and be the only car. That should tell you everything you need to know.
If you must stop here, save yourself the disappointment and just get a milkshake. Everything else is a waste of your hard-earned money.

The last two visits the interior has been disgusting. Sticky tables and don’t get me started on the bathroom grime. And I get it, it’s fast food, I wouldn’t normally complain too much until today’s visit when it wasnt even “fast” we waited 15 minutes for our food only to be told the shakes accompanying our food weren’t ready yet. Waited another 10 for those. Do better.

AWFUL drive thru. The last few times we’ve been here (over a span of months) the service is awful and you can’t hear nor understand what they’re saying over the speaker, and goodness forbid you ask a question. Not to mention our order is never right, an item is always forgotten, and our milkshakes always have a hole in the cup, dripping everywhere. The staffs attitudes are so nasty you don’t even want to ask for a spare cup. This place has gone downhill BAD. Me and my family will not be returning.

They served me certified charcoal, 1/4 meals were edible, thin patties, oily everything, service 2/10, they forget to put items in the bag, and you don’t have to be happy about your job, but bare minimum be professional. I love cookout, but this one is my least favorite.

Awful service tonight. No customer service whatsoever. The employees are rude and have the worst attitudes, our order is never right and our milkshake cups always have holes in them. They’ve put a sign up over the window as well so you can’t even see in the window at the drive thru. We will not be coming back. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been here a couple of times now. The prices are great for what you get. I love the Cajun fries! Just the right amount of heat. I love they give different options to dress up your sandwich and soooo many shake options. Lastly, the sweet tea here has never been bad. No bad after taste, no blah feeling, or overly sugary. Just wonderful made southern sweet tea!
