Went through the drive-through tonight on the outer one and while I was ordering, I was told to hang on at least 2 to 3 times and not so polite. I asked the girl if she would repeat my order because ordering was so sporadic and scattered. She didn’t get it right so I told her white cheddar bites instead of fries. What we had ordered was a double hamburger add cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle and onion. And a side of half-and-half on the tray with a strawberry shake. Then the other one was a BLT plate no mayonnaise add onion with bites and quesadillas. No sauce. With cheese wine float. Last was a walking taco and a cheerwine float. When we pulled around the girl running the register was very hateful and the girl handing out the drinks rolled her eyes. The order was completely wrong and we were missing a chair on float and the cheddar bites. Just the whole encounter was horrible and having to let them know that it was wrong was even worse. I should not be the one apologizing several times to the people that got my order wrong that I paid for with my own money. The burger was soggy, the walking taco was terrible and missing stuff, the bLT had one sliver of lettuce and two tiny bacons, and the quedadilla looked like it had been waded up and had sauce in it. When they handed me the cheerwine float it was running all down the side and the lid wasn’t even on it so it got all in my lap, and I set it up on the windowsill for her to wipe off because at this point it was all over me and my car and she just looked at it and did nothing. I had to be the one to apologize once again. This was by far the worst service that I have ever received from any fast food restaurant. This isn’t the first time that this has happened here, but I definitely do not think I will be returning for one. The food was horrible, but the service was even worse. I used to work service in industry and worked in restaurants for 15 years and then some and I know that it can be a very stressful job so I am very patient. If this type of job makes them this unhappy and rude to their customers they need to find something else to do whether it is their main job or side job. I didn’t even get my receipt with this so so much for getting my money back. We ended up having to toss it. 26.23 flushed down the the toilet.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it’s so burnt hard and old I can’t eat this!! I spent 50.00 in here and expecting the food to be good, plates barely had 5 fries on them, cheese bites was to hard, cold and old to eat. I live to far to go back now. This is ridiculous for the price I paid. The food used to be so good is don’t know what happened but needs to be fixed I can see a lot of newly bad reviews….not everyone can run these businesses and it’s showing now

Doing like everyone else. Going up in price and down in quality. Used to be good food for a decent price but since the price went up the food quality went down. Onion rings were raw batter. Burger bread was mushed to pieces and peach cobbler milkshake had no cobbler. Guy at the window was rude. This place is a dump now

The restaurant wasn’t crowded yet most of the tables were dirty. The music was too loud, forcing people to shout just to be heard. Very noisy atmosphere. The cashier was too busy talking to boys to take orders in a timely manner. I ordered double cheese bites, and this is what I got. Wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

They are so slow, even through the drive thru! And their portions are ridiculous! I’m not sure if they’re under new management or what but it was not like this before. You used to be able to go and enjoy good food at a good price and good portions. I’ve ordered cheese bite several times and received SIX cheese bite each time!! Just ridiculous!! Same with the fries or hushpuppies, you don’t even get ONE serving!! I rather drive ALL the way to Greenville to a Cookout there!!

First impression was kinda “meh”. There wasn’t anyone taking orders at the counter. A guy kept yelling “who’s doing the lobby?” a couple times before coming and taking our order. We had to go back and ask for our receipt because that’s how you know your order number when they yell it out.
The tables weren’t wiped down. Customers seemed to be using the sink and paper towels at the drink station to do it themselves???
$8 for a meal is a pretty good price.
The food was just okay. My onion rings were cold and didn’t have much onion in them at all.
My son’s double burger looked like they cut 1 patty in half and stacked it rather than 2 whole patties.
To be honest, I’m not sure if I will go back anytime soon. There wasn’t anything really bad about it, but there wasn’t really anything all that good either.

The food isn’t the best, but the price is super cheap and the milkshakes are pretty awesome when they’re stirred/mixed properly. Theyre not greedy with the sauces and the customer service is great!

Normally I never have an issue with this cook out, but tonight our service was more than unacceptable but truly concerning. Being we were the only car in the drive thru I would have assumed that our cashier would have been nicer but by the time we got to the window he was immensely rude. He was short, careless, and definitely out of uniform. Would not give us a receipt, had no name tag so I can only assume his name is “Olga” from our tickets on the bag. He wore no hairnet or hat. And was visibly upset towards other employees. I hope going forward this issue can be resolved because this is deeply disappointing.
