What a terrible experience. I visited as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning. Walking up to the building I noticed there was a truck parked in the spot directly in front of the doors. Naturally I figured it was a customer’s vehicle but when I walked in, there was no one in the lobby. I guess an employee thinks they should park closest to the door for the next however many hours instead of customer’s parking there.
After going inside and standing at the counter for about 30 seconds an employee walked in and went past me into the kitchen. I thought maybe he would tell someone that I was standing in the lobby waiting to order but nope, he didn’t say anything to anyone because I stood out there for another minute or so before I peaked my head around the wall and asked if I could order. The guy said in a minute. Now we’re on our way to enjoy a perfectly cooked meal, correct? Wrong again…
I order a “Tray”. One double cheeseburger, one corn dog and cheddar cheese bites with a large soda. I also got a Chicken Quesadilla. I go fill up my cup with soda and wait for my order. After receiving my order, I go sit down and about ready to feast and… My cheese bites are burnt, my corn dog is burnt and my Quesadilla is burnt. Oh, and my cheeseburger had no cheese on it.
While I was eating, two more customers came in and had to wait to get their order taken and the process repeats.
I didn’t mention any of this to the employees because this is there job and it’s what they do all day every day so me saying something isn’t going to change anything – this is the best they have to offer. I want a refund. The regional manager needs to come here and get this place into shape. I will not be back.

Went through the drive-thru, ordered, pulled up to the window, paid, and checked our food. There were literally about 5 fries on the plate, which immediately confused us because Cook Out has NEVER done that before. We got the worker’s attention and explained the issue. She came back with two Cajun cheese fries, when it was supposed to be one Cajun cheese fry and one regular Cajun fry.
At that point, I asked to speak to the manager because we genuinely didn’t understand what was going on. The manager came to the window already sarcastic. We calmly explained everything, and he brought out the “regular” fries, which still looked the same barely any fries. He then said he’s been working at Cook Out for 15 years, like that was supposed to excuse his attitude. I don’t care how long you’ve worked anywhere you don’t approach customers like that.
He then said that’s “how much fries are supposed to be given,” and we explained we’ve been eating Cook Out for a long time and have NEVER experienced that. While we were talking, he had the nerve to say, “I’ve been making fries as long as you’ve been eating them,” and then sarcastically told us to “enjoy your fries.”
That was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I didn’t even want the food after that and didn’t eat it. This location just opened, and the customer service is already horrible. We’re customers at the end of the day no, customers aren’t always right, but we do expect consistency and respect. I truly hope there are consequences behind this because that behavior was unacceptable.

Every time I go to a different cookout and ask for sauce, they always gave it to me, but this cookout they only give you one sauce for customer and when you ask for another one that be like we can’t give you So I’ll be like the other cookout gives you more and it’ll be like oh because we’re new. We are only allowed to give one per customer.

Just literally left the cookout i ordered. 2 spicy grilled chicken sandwiches tomato only cheerwine and season fries and I got hot dog tray corn dog and season fries and cheerwine. Got home no corn dog and he has fried spicy chicken sandwich. Mad when food not right and I spend my money.

Love cookout but for the last few times I have went to this location the food has not been good quality too of my burgers buns hard , chicken quesadillas aren’t made right very inconsistent . And the chicken quesadillas are my favorite and for some reason at this location they just can’t get the quesadillas right at all , no sauce on the quesadilla and very dry . Also I like to get the quesadilla on the side too as extra and some how they always forget . This cookout is close to my house but differently needs a better cook or something

Whitehouse Rd.Cook out sucks! I just went through the drive through the employ was very disrespectful. When she gave ne my food the foam plate was opened and all my food fell out so I asked why she didn’t close the plate she said they dont close!!! And so rude and yes the plates do close and all I had was chicken nuggets and fries for my kid .I won’t be back!!! They really need to pay attention to who they hire!
