This Cook Out location absolutely deserves five stars! The staff was amazing from start to finish—friendly, polite, and very attentive. You can tell they take pride in what they do. My food was prepared perfectly, fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. It’s great to see a team working so well together and treating customers with genuine respect and care. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was top-notch.

A buddy of mine has been talking about this place since he used to live in NC, so as a late night (after race) meal we went. We both ordered the small burger tray, I had mine with fries and hush puppies and she had her with the walking taco and hush puppies. I also ordered a dog with chili, cheese and mustard on it and we both got Cherry Cheerwines. I ordered my burger “cook out” style and it came out “out west” style, that was the only issue with the food…but it was very good. My gf ordered her burger “cheddar style” and she really liked it as well. The reason the 2 stars for atmosphere was that there were homeless belongings i spots in the parking lot and there was a homeless woman in the dining area, walking around it with her bags and wearing what looked like an industrial canister mask. The price we thought was very reasonable as well, which means that we would definitely eat at a Cookout again when we come back in May.

Im honestly not sure how this place has 4 stars in general. I got two cook out trays, no crazy modifications or anything like that. The burger my husband got recieved the jalapeños the walking taco was supposed to have, he didn’t get Cajun fries like he asked and had to get Cajun seasoning on the side afterwards, not a huge deal. Then I get to my chicken quesadilla and it only has like 3 pieces of chicken and I had to ask for a new one. All the while this is going on the cooks in the back are staring at us and giving us looks like we are the problem. In addition to all this, every single customer that came inside after us was around four people.And every single one of their orders was also messed up. Fix your store. This experience was absolutely horrible.

It would normally be 5 stars across the board for me, but the past couple of times we’ve gotten milkshakes they were some of the sorriest milkshakes. Literally these were 3 of the last 9 like this. 1st is peach, with 4 big peach slices on top. The 2nd was supposed to be oreo reeses, it was literally just vanilla ice cream, and the 3rd was supposed to be strawberry. Those are just simply unacceptable.

Ordered a chocolate nut milkshake and lady at drive threw hands me my milkshake with broken bottom cup and the side of the cup is missing a piece out of it. Instead of making a new one or putting the milkshake into brand new unbroken cup, she puts the messed up cup on top of another cup. Don’t go to this cookout. Save your money or go to different location.

This is the first time visiting this fast food restaurant. So, due to the covid 19 they had a walk up window and they are still taking orders at the drive thru. The food is so so. I ordered a burger with fries, chicken nuggets and a shake. I also order a burger with lettuce, bacon and cheese, hush puppies, french fries and Strawberry shake. They actually got the order wrong which was disappointing. The milkshakes are too thick and the fries have too much flavor on them. I will not be returning but if your interested in trying this restaurant out, you should do so.

Nicotine patch found under fries. I noticed as I pulled off checking the food. I Returned to notify the manager on duty and she assumed no one in there uses them. Manager claimed all worked in there are “underaged” and no one uses them. I clearly found it in my food.
